Pros:

Posizione comodissima in centro a Roma, vicino alla Metro e alla Stazione Termini, raggiungibile a piedi. La mia stanza era un po' piccola e dava su uno stretto cortile interno ma era molto tranquilla. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene, il letto era comodo.Ho potuto lasciare in deposito i bagagli il giorno della partenza e il personale è stato sempre gentile. La struttura è oggettivamente piccolina, un po' vecchiotta, in pratica è un grande appartamento al terzo piano di un palazzo, trasformato in hotel; lo spazio comune (zona con tavolini colazione che funziona anche come soggiorno) è piuttosto ristretto, ma comunque valido. C'è una macchinetta automatica per il caffè e un minifrigo con qualche bibita a pagamento, ma nessun servizio bar. La colazione è self service con bevanda calda e cornetti (freschi e confezionati). Nel complesso una struttura basica ma confortevole. Negli immediati dintorni ci sono negozi, bar, ristoranti di ogni tipo.

Cons:

La porta della doccia non chiudeva bene e quindi si allagava il pavimento.

La struttura è collocata nel centro di Roma, a circa un kilometro dalla stazione Termini! Inoltre, l’accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale sono fantastici: ti fanno sentire a casa! Ottima disponibilità e buona accoglienza. La stanza è pulita perfettamente e con cura verso i dettagli. Ci ritornerò! 🥰

Cons:

Impossibile trovare difetti per una struttura così!

Habitación pequeña pero cómoda para pasar una noche. Cerca de Termini y del centro. Buena relación precio-calidad.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de Termini y sobre vía Nationale. Son habitaciones pequeñas pero para una noche está muy bien.

Cons:

Se escuchan los diálogos de la habitación de al lado.

Konum olarak bir çok alışveriş yerine ve restorana yakındı.

Cons:

Oda çok kirliydi. Havlu lekeliydi. Banyoda yerde saçlar vardı. Temizlik çok kötüydü. Oda boyutu çok küçüktü. Duş, lavabo, tuvalet aşırı eski ve paslıydı. Eşim ve 5 yaşında olan oğlum ile konakladım ama aile olarak konaklamaya hiç uygun değildi. Nasıl 8 küsür puan aldığını bir türlü anlayamadım.

Posizione strategica, zona tranquilla anche la sera.
Fermata del bus e della metro a meno di 5 minuti a piedi, che permettono di raggiungere tutta la città.

Cons:

Prezzo alto per i servizi offerti, stanza con arredamento datato.
Muri sottili, si sente tutto dalle altre stanze circostanti.
