Important information:

No longer closed, the parking lot is open 24/7 exclusively to hotel guests, with no need for a code, and there is no extra fees for arrivals after 11pm.

The reception is opened from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM. In between, a Phone service is available.

The hotel does not use keys for its rooms but a digital access system with a code. Each room has a unique code linked to the reservation. This code, along with the room number, will be sent to you by message after reservation is confirmed.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Proximité du parc d'Andilly

Problème de changement de chambre, l'hôtesse qui nous change de chambre sans prévenir, lorsque nous arrivons la chambre ne s'ouvre pas et après appel, elle nous ouvre la porte de notre chambre qui a été attribué à d'autres personnes et nous sommes tombés nez à nez avec les occupants de la chambre, elle nous dit dans le plus grand des calme qu'elle n'as pas envoyé l'information de changement au bon numéro sans s'excuser, au final nous avons eu une chambre qui sentait le renfermé avec un lavabo qui fuit et surtout une très mauvaise isolation phonique et avons passer une très mauvaise nuit avec la crainte constante que à la même manière que nous, quelqu'un parvienne à rentrer dans notre chambre sans problème.
