Schöner Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels am Teich ist sehr schön. Um in Städte der Umgebung zu gelangen muss man jedoch immer quer durch Guebwiller.

Cons:

Dass die Zimmerkarte mehrfach nicht funktioniert, nervt etwas - auch wenn sie immer wieder problemlos freigeschaltet wird.

In die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft erfüllte unsere Erwartung nicht!

Cons:

Fahrradunterbringung in einer mit Fahrrädern und vor allem Umbauschrott überbelegten Autogarage. Restaurant war plötzlich im Nebengebäude (man musste durch den Regen!).
Mobiliar im Schlafzimmer und im Frühstücksraum in die Jahre gekommen und Stühle passen in der Höhe überhaupt nicht zusammen. Tischunterlage im Zimmer wies Abdrücke älteren Datums auf.

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable bed and wonderful linens. Good shower and wifi. Breakfast very good with croissants and other breads, meats and cheeses.

Pros:

Très beau domaine qui contient à la fois deux hôtels ainsi qu'un restaurant. Personnel à la hauteur de l'attente des clients. Chambres parfaites avec une excellente literie.

Mon séjour à mal commencé, ce qui n'est pas très plaisant lors d'une balade de 5 jours

L'accrochage avec le réceptionniste dès mon arrivée qui ne voulait rien entendre lors de ma réflexion sur le prix appliqué pour trois chambres "single" sur six. La moitié des chambres en occupation "single", côté rue était à 102 euro, l'autre moitié à 126 euro. Ceci était comme par hasard le prix payé pour la 7ième chambre en occupation double ! Trois occupants ont donc en toute logique payé DEUX déjeuners alors qu'ils étaient SEULS! Et secondement, ma réservation pour une table de 8 personnes faite sur le site du restaurant de l'hôtel semblait ne pas exister, même preuve à l'appui (confirmation de la réservation sur mon portable).

Een prima hotel in een prachtige omgeving. Ideaal voor een vakantie in dit deel van de Vogezen.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was prima. Het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De badkamer was mooi. De ligging van het hotel is bijzonder fraai. Het hotel beschikt over een prima restaurant op het terrein van de accommodatie.

Cons:

Het bad is nogal glad. Dat is een risico, maar zou gemakkelijk verholpen kunnen worden.
