The area is excellent but next time be aware to welcome the guest so they will not be lost

The first day no sign where is the office nobody assists us where to check - in . We are lost . We need to shout to get to know the office to check - in.

Pros:

Muy céntrico, puedes recorrer Roma a pie y la verdad es que ofrece muchos lugares para comer. A pesar de ser céntrico, no hay ruidos molestos. Personal amable y ofrecen limpieza todos los días

Atendimento, sem limpeza nos quartos. Fiquei três noites e nenhuma vez limparam, nem com o pedido. Não tem geladeira, banheiro mega pequeno, box mal dá para entrar.

Pros:

Nosotros necesitábamos un hotel cerca de la estación de tren. La verdad es que la zona no es muy linda. La impresión del hotel a primera vista : no la mejor, pero la habitación que nos tocó era muy buena: un dormitorio con cama matrimonial, un estar con una cama single , mesa y sillas. Baño amplio. Todo limpísimo, prolijo, sábanas y toallas blancas impecables! En la recepción estuvimos en contacto con dos señores italianos muy educados y amables! Como llegamos temprano pudimos dejar el equipaje sin ningún problema.Nosotros volveríamos y lo recomiendo!!!

ちょっと古いけど、便利、コスパよし。
Pros:

ロケーションはどこにでも近くて、かつ重い荷物があってもテルミニ駅からストレスなく行かれます。部屋はエアコンが良く効いており快適です。日本の２階にレセプションがありますが、エレベーターもあるので問題なしです。

Cons:

施設が古いので、そこは二つ星としては受け入れますが、冷蔵庫はあってほしいです。また、2泊しましたが、留守中にリネンやタオルの交換や清掃がされてなかったのは残念でした。

Great location, close to Roma Termina train station, to attractions & good resturants.
Good basic, budget hotel, clean & all needed.

Cons:

The staff were as helpful as they could be, but weren't able much as very little English. But was easy enough to find our way around.

Centralissimo e personale molto cordiale
Pros:

Gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, abbiamo potuto utilizzare il deposito bagagli sia all'arrivo che a fine soggiorno, potendoci godere appieno tutto il tempo a nostra disposizione liberi dall'ingombro dei bagagli.
Reception attiva h24, camera pulita ed accogliente in una posizione centralissima per muoversi sia a piedi che con i mezzi per non parlare che la via è piena di locali dove si può mangiare dalla colazione alla cena in modo ottimale.
L'unico appunto bagno un po troppo piccolo, ma per una doccia veloce va bene così
Se dovessimo ripassare da Roma torneremo sicuramente.

Il bagno, un po troppo piccolo, lo spazio fra wc e doccia è davvero troppo stretto ma ci si adatta.
