Pros:

Het is een fijn hotel boven op de heuvel, een pittige klim om lopend of fietsend boven te komen, maar het uitzicht is zo mooi.
De zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en hulp tijdens het verblijf.
Wij hebben het buffet genomen voor het avondeten en dat was erg goed.
Het was erg schoon en het ontbijt was heerlijk.

prachtig plaatje, maar gastvrijheid kan beter.
Pros:

locatie is prachtig.

Cons:

personeel is wat onpersoonlijk, niet heel gastvrij.
Zwembad was volgens het kaartje wat we kregen tot half tien open maar bleek toch al om half negen dicht..
Drankjes zijn aardig aan de prijs, en zelfs voor de fles mineraalwater op je kamer moet je betalen.

Das Hotel ist gut aber mit Haustier nicht zu empfehlen .
Pros:

Die Lage ,das Frühstück und der Service waren sehr gut

Cons:

Uns hat nicht gefallen das man mit Hund zwar das Hotel buchen kann aber nicht mit dem Hund in die Gastronomie darf , und uns keine alternative angeboten wurde . Da für aber für jede Nacht 20€ für einen 45 cm großen Hund berechnet wurde . Das Hotel sollte sich überlegen ob es Buchungen mit Haustier weiter anbietet .

Mooi hotel voor een overnachting of weekend
Pros:

Het is een mooi hotel en s'avonds kan je heerlijk eten in de restaurant.
De bedden lagen heerlijk en een mooi ruime kamer.
En het ontbijt was erg goed en lekker vers brood en bonnen koffie.
Mooi uitzicht op de rijn.
Gratis parkeren

Was een mooi hotel maar ook wel wat gedateerd maar goed genoeg.

Landschaftlich überragende und ruhige Lage einer guten Adresse
Pros:

Die wunderbare Lage hoch über dem Rhein lässt über die etwas verzwickte Anfahrt hinwegsehen. Gepflegtes Haus.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung im ersten Stock war allerdings defekt. Schade, dass auf unsere diesbezügliche Reklamation am Empfang hin nicht für Abhilfe gesorgt wurde.

Clean, good facilities, sauna, dinner was reasonably good.

Cons:

Reservations for breakfast, having to look for staff when I wanted something. Breakfast was limited, for example no fresh fruit. Pay for a bottle of water in room.
