una piccola pausa nel centro di Genova
Pros:

ottima pulizia delle camere, posizione strategica nel centro della città a pochi passi dall’acquario e dal porto di Genova, è un plauso particolare al portiere di giorno, di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome, con gli occhiali, simpatico e davvero cortese e professionale.. ci vorrebbero più persone così gentili e solari come lui!

Cons:

forse proprio la vicinanza ai vicoli, però la zona centrale è così, si tratta pur sempre di una grande città con un porto piuttosto movimentato..

Piacevole esperienza
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, camera pulita e funzionale. A Genova c'è molto da visitare e qualsiasi attrazione della città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dall'albergo. L'acquario è vicinissimo così come i principali vicoli della città. Genova ci ha stupito positivamente, ci torneremo senz'altro.

Cons:

La colazione è varia ma se possibile suggerirei l'introduzione di dolci e pasticceria più artigianale.

L'aria condizionata raffreddava bene la stanza, ma purtroppo era molto rumorosa durante la notte. Ho segnalato il problema, ma non essendoci altre camere disponibili non è stato possibile effettuare un cambio.

Inoltre, la tenda oscurante non garantiva un vero effetto blackout e lasciava filtrare molta luce dall'esterno. Anche il rilevatore di fumo, con i suoi LED lampeggianti durante la notte, risultava piuttosto fastidioso e finiva per disturbare il sonno.

Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile, ma è un peccato che questi dettagli non siano stati verificati prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti. Con una maggiore attenzione a questi aspetti, l'esperienza sarebbe stata decisamente migliore.
