Zona centrale, vicina all'acquario e, nonostante sia in una ztl, è organizzata a dare tutto il supporto per l'arrivo presso la struttura senza incorrere in contravvenzioni.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage - wenige Meter in die Altstadt/Zentrum und ebenso sehr nahe zum Hafen und Aquarium.
Sauber, gute Betten, gute Ausstattung. Check-in / Check-out total unkompliziert!
Parkplätze fußläufig mit speziellem Arrangement.

Cons:

Zimmer hat nur ein Fenster zu einem Lichtschacht - somit nie richtig hell, lüften schwierig.
Das Frühstück hat mächtig Luft nach oben - v.a. qualitätsmäßig. Der kleine Frühstücksraum ist total ungemütlich eingerichtet. Am besten extern frühstücken!

Hotel muy céntrico para visitar todo a pie, en Porto Antico. Nosotros estuvimos bien. La habitación que nos dieron muy tranquila y el recepcionista Bryan, mencionar su gran profesionalidad con nosotros. Nos recomendó sitios y nos indicó todo. Muy bien por cierto sus indicaciones.

Cons:

El desayuno, mal servido, te piden hora y cuando llegas a tu hora, no había de nada, esperando a que sacaran cosas y cuando ibas a coger otra, ya se había terminado. Entiendo que si ya saben que van a bajar tendrían que tener las cosas preparadas para sacarlas al instante. Es una crítica constructiva.
Nos recomendaron un restaurante para cenar, por supuesto que no es problema de la gente de recepción, que muy amablemente nos atendieron. Fuimos a reservar, nos dieron hora a las 21.00, y cuando llegamos a nuestra hora habían dado la mesa a otros y nos dijeron que a esperar, muy mal, es uno llamado Pandemonio, a tener en cuenta, para que no os pase lo mismo. Tuvimos que salir corriendo a buscar otro sitio y muy bien Tratoria Le Maschere ( recomendada también por recepción).

Thank you to the staff and especially Michaele for having a pleasant disposition and honest advice?
Pros:

The hotel was about 12 - 15 mins walking distance from the train station; Also not far from the jetty.
The room was exceptionally clean - sparkling. Good lighting in bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent. Lovely and accommodating staff.

Cons:

The broken treadmill in the gym.

Je n’ai pas apprécié le pommeau de douche centrale et au plafond, je préfère lorsqu’il y a également la possibilité d’avoir un pommeau de douche

Posizione ottima, camera ampia, letto comodo, bagno moderno; colazione con scelta di prodotti senza glutine della Shar.

Cons:

La doccia dovrebbe avere il doccino a mano, oltre al soffione alto, per chi non vuole bagnarsi i capelli.
Il battiscopa in camera andrebbe sistemato perché era incurvato e staccato.

Attente de 20mn à la réception pour formalités et clés 2 personnes pour s occuper d un client et rigoler avec lui pendant que moi 75 ans piétine devant le comptoir ( client qui s’était arrivé après)Il a fallu que je me fâche pour avoir la clé de la chambre sans aucune indication du petit dej ni de l étage où nous étions (504) nuit du 12 au 13 Minable

Ascenseur bloqué... Fait 7 étages en haut et en bas par les escaliers..
La douche que la pluie pas de pommeau de douche..
Très bruyant, on entendait absolument tout la chambre dessus...
Horrible vue dans la cour.. On a laissé les rideaux fermés... Pas accueillant du tout...

Camera non troppo grande ma comoda.
Personale super educato e disponibile.
Colazione: essendo una struttura dal respiro internazionale ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più. Per esempio, la bambina si aspettava i pancake.
