Really great location, helpful staff, small rooms
Pros:

really great welcome from the staff. Location is amazing. It's very central and it was easy to drop bags off and then go and find parking. The hotel does have spaces in the Q Park just outside the walls and that was really handy.

Cons:

Everything is a little bit squished. The room was tiny and the bed was not very comfortable. There is no air conditioning (we were there during the heat wave) but they had put a portable fan in the room. Unfortunately this just pushed the warm air around. If you are on the upper floors, be prepared to take the stairs because the lift will take one person and their suitcase!

La ubicación es excelente, el personal es súper amable y el hotel es pequeñito pero muy cómodo y bonito.
