Très bon établissement. Mention spéciale à la qualité de l'accueil.
Pros:

Très bon établissement. Accueil excellent ; propriétaires très à l'écoute et serviables. Personnel très professionnel et sympathique en particulier au restaurant.
Propreté irréprochable

Cons:

Attention, la suite junior était annoncée avec 2 grands lits doubles en réalité un seul lit double et une banquette. Mais il me semble que cela a été corrigé sur le site.
Le restaurant est bon mais particulièrement cher...

Vriendelijk bediening en onthaal. We kwamen laat aan met de motor. Was helemaal geen probleem voor het restaurant. Zeer lekker gegeten. Verzorgde bediening. Verfijnde gerechten. Heerlijk !

A gem of a hotel and restaurant, which we highly recommend.
Pros:

The Donatz's location a few minutes walk from the railway station was important to us, as we needed access to it daily during our four night stay. All the staff we met over our stay impressed us with their professionalism and friendliness. We ate in the restaurant on two nights, and in the wine bar on a third. We can recommend both very highly. Our first night was a Friday and we opted for the Aberdeen Angus beef, which was exceptionally good. Breakfast, served in two large rooms separate from the restaurant, was of high quality and with plenty of choice. Rooms were comfortable and welcoming.

Cons:

Nothing. We really enjoyed our stay and were sorry when the time came to move on.

Grosszügiges Zimmer. Schöner Frühstücksraum mit toller Auswahl.
TOP ist das der Zugang zum SPA Samedan für die Gäste inkludiert ist. Bahnhof ist in kurzer Distanz zu Fuss erreichbar. Bus hält fast vor der Tür.

Magnfique Samedan
Pros:

C'est un hôtel 3 étoiles qui a la qualité d'un 4 me semble-t-il. Merveilleux petit-déjeuner, chambre confortable, accès au spa de Samedan à 2min à pied. Un lieu vraiment à recommander pour vos vacances aux Grisons.

Cons:

Le seul petit détail c'est que la chambre donnait sur la rue et les personnes sortant du Wein Bar et restaurant étaient peu discrètes... mais l'hôtelier n'y peut rien.
