השהייה שלנו במלון היתה מהנה מאד
Pros:

המלון נמצא בדיוק 1 דקה מתחנת הרכבת. המלון הוא מלון בסיגנון כפרי עממי, יש בו מסעדה טובה ופיצרייה מעולה, הצוות מקסים ואדיב מאד

Une adresse à retenir au coeur des Grisons
Pros:

Bel hôtel, idéalement situé, proche de la gare. Les équipements ne sont pas très modernes mais tout est très propre et très accueillant. Nous avons pu profiter d'un sauna, ce qui était une bonne surprise, avec un rapport qualité-prix de l'ensemble qui est excellent. Le petit-déjeuner est aussi très bien. Le restaurant attenant est très sympathique (pizzas+++) !

Loved this stay and will recommend!
Pros:

The view was insane. The staff was so kind. The breakfast was top notch. Bar and pizza for dinner. Also the bathroom had heated tiles! Also right next to the train station so you didn’t have to stress in the morning.

Cons:

No airflow at night unless you keep your windows open.

駅近は便利、夕食はやめたほうがいい。
Pros:

ポントレジーナの駅の目の前で便利。朝食は美味しく種類も多い。駐車場の予約をすると確保してくれる。スタッフも親切。

Cons:

.壁にかかっている絵画やデコパージュの趣味がいまいち。
レストランの朝食はとても良かったが、夕食の料理の味付けが塩辛い。また、パスタの茹で方もイマイチ。また、スイスはどこでもなんだけど値段が高い。フォンデュは2人前以上の注文が必要。ジャガイモと硬めのバンとサラダふた皿で日本円で14000円もした。

Pros:

We found this gem right in front of the Pontresina station. Staff were so welcoming and helpful, made our first day in an unknown town easy and comfortable. Clean facilities, great views and wide options of breakfast buffet. We will definitely go back again.

Super Kurzaufenthalt, kommen wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, direkt beim Bahnhof. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, leckeres Restaurant mit Super MA. Wir konnten sogar unser Elektroauto gratis aufladen Und die Steinböcke sogar aus unserem Zimmer aus sehen!

Cons:

Das Bett war ein bisschen zu schmall.

The front desk personnel, Dadeo, was the best. He would go over & above his call to make us comfortable and enjoy Pontresina

Cons:

Restaurant food not so good. However, the servers were very pleasant. Also given the vicinity, it is better than other restaurants.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof. Ideal für Ausflüge mit ÖPNV. Die Mitarbeiter/innen des Hotels sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Очень комфортный и гостеприимный отель с прекрасным персоналом на рецепции.
Pros:

Очень приятный отель в красивом месте. Номер был просторным, светлым, чистым и хорошо оборудованным. Всё выглядело ухоженным и соответствовало ожиданиям. Не хватало только мини-холодильника.

Особенно хочется отметить сотрудников рецепции. На протяжении всего пребывания они были исключительно доброжелательными, внимательными и всегда готовы помочь с любыми вопросами.

При отеле также работает ресторан-пиццерия. Качество блюд нам понравилось, и из трёх вечеров мы ужинали там дважды.

В целом проживание оставило очень хорошее впечатление, и отель стал отличной базой для знакомства с Понтрезиной и регионом Энгадин.

Cons:

Во время второго ужина в ресторане при отеле произошла ситуация, которая нас неприятно удивила. Пицца мужа оказалась сухой и он решил капнуть сверху немного майонеза. Увидев это, сотрудники ресторана начали демонстративно выражать неодобрение. Всё происходило в зоне выдачи заказов и сопровождалось громкими комментариями, жестами и эмоциональной реакцией со стороны персонала. Один из них строил странные гримасы, другой громко кричал no, no, no, no!

Независимо от личного отношения сотрудников к тем или иным гастрономическим предпочтениям гостей, мы считаем, что подобные комментарии и демонстрация неодобрения неуместны и неэтичны. Каждый гость имеет право есть заказанное блюдо так, как ему нравится, не становясь объектом обсуждения или насмешек.

К сожалению, этот эпизод испортил впечатление от ресторана, и в третий вечер мы предпочли ужинать в другом месте.

De mi pedido de una cama adicional ya que vetamos 3 hombres adultos. Debería haber un precio a la vista y publicado en el aviso!! No entiendo por qué debo llegar hasta el Hotel para saber el valor adicional y además era una habitación muy chica. Difícil de acomodara un adulto en otra cama!! Sara muy amable pero no podía resolver el inconveniente. Terminamos dos adultos en una cama matrimonial. No fue agradable.

toller Kurzaufenthalt auf der Durchreise

super Lage direkt beim Bahnhof, super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, feines Frühstück und bequeme Betten. Schlafen beim rauschen des Bergbaches vor dem Fenster ist wunderbar entspannend.
