Cons:

I have been charged for parking, when I did not have a vehicle and did not require parking. I have emailed several times, and have had no response and no refund.

good accommodatio nfor those needing a brighton location
Pros:

The room was clean and private. there was a nice bathroom and a small kitchenette stocked with the basics. There is a coffee machine in the foyer that was appreciated. Communication prior to arrival was good and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

More pillows would have been nice. The room was noisy by my standards, but I do live in a quiet area.

Pros:

Room was comfortable and serviced every day, except Sunday, which we were not expecting

Cons:

Traffic noise from St Kilda road was quite loud. We were on the outer room 1st floor so noise from garage access was quite audible

Booked 2 bedroom apartment with second room to have single beds but when arrived told the second room would have a double bed. Staff blamed bookings.com for selecting the wrong room and they wouldn’t change us to another room. Very poor.
