My wife & I enjoyed our stay and we will return next time I have to attend for my work.

Very comfortable bed

Cons:

Some lights not working especially in the bathroom over the sink.

We only stayed the one night, but clean and comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

Great apartment with cooking facilities. Very comfy bed and pillows. Enjoyed our stay.

Adequate and comfortable accommodation if you want to stay in the Brighton area
Pros:

We booked a room with a kitchenette. The room was clean and adequately furnished. We had requested a quiet room on one level and the property met our request. The hotel is very central if you want to be in the Brighton and bay area. We could also pay extra for an undercover parking place.

Cons:

There was one spot light above the bed in the main room, one bedside lamp and one desk lamp so the room was very, very dark even though we had glass sliding doors the length of a wall leading to a patio area. There was no additional bedding if one was cold and did not want to leave the air conditioning on at night.

Convenient location

Cons:

Originally was given a regular room even though I booked an executive. I had to go back to reception to question this and was given another room. Dripping sound outside at night for several hours. Reported the bathroom. Light was not working on the morning of the 5th but this was not rectified.

Nightmare for my vacation.
Pros:

Nothing!

Cons:

Horrifyingly dirty. Blankets, curtains, beddings were all stained!
When we asked for extra blankets, we were told there were none.
Even the blinds were not working properly, and toilet bulb was also not functioning.
Service from Ahmed was good, everyone else was just clueless and less than helpful.

It was okay despite the discomfort. Staff very nice.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Broken kettle.
It was a cold night and there was no blanket available in the wardrobe, which is common in many hotels. Bedding was very light/thin for winter.
Windows paper thin so the room I had on the busy road was very noisy in the morning.

Whilst we enjoyed our stay, we found the bed very uncomfortable which was a disappointment
