Pros:

Location , room size and breakfast were acceptable

Pros:

Прекрасный отель, чисто и уютно, большая площадь номера. Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Вкусные завтраки и ужины. Расположение тоже довольно удобное - недалеко от трамвайной ветки и пешком можно прогуляться до достопримечательностей в старом центре. С удовольствием приеду снова в этот отель!

Emplacement pratique pour les visites, tram à proximité. Personnel extrêmement aimable

Cons:

Tapis de lit constamment humide (fuite au sol?) odeur d’humidité constante . Bruit du bloc de climatisation fort. Petit déjeuner passable

Pros:

Our room was spacious and the bathroom had plenty of space for the shower and dual wash basins. The location was pleasant, peaceful and conveniently located for a short walk to the tram and metro. Breakfasts were fresh and plentiful with an excellent variety of food choices. Evening dinner was of a similar high standard. The sauna and plunge pool were enjoyable.

Cons:

The room was dim and lacked sufficient overhead lighting. There was only one bedside light for the double bed. It was not easy to see ones face In the bathroom mirror because there were no lights angled in that direction.

L'hôtel est très bien, personnel très sympa mais le service de petit déjeuner fini trop tôt a 10h pill ils commencent à ranger,, il faut prendre en considération que les gens sont en vacances et dorment tard .en mions 10h 30. Surtout qu'il n'y a pas le service de déjeuner donc ils n'ont pas à être trop pressés
Si non tout est très bien.
Un très très bon emplacement.

Pros:

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen. Het hotel was zeer schoon en netjes, met dagelijks gereinigde kamers; we waren zeer tevreden over het werk van de schoonmakers. De keuken, onder leiding van Ateş Bey en zijn team, was fantastisch: ze waren vriendelijk, professioneel en verzorgden elke ochtend een uitgebreid ontbijt, inclusief heerlijke versgebakken omeletten. Een echte aanrader voor wie waarde hecht aan hygiëne en topservice!

Pas terrible à part la localisation.
Pros:

Les moquettes, chaises, matelas et banquettes de la salle de petit déjeuner étaient pleines de taches et d’auréoles. La piscine intérieure était fermée puis trop froide. Merci seulement au personnel mais l’hôtel n’était pas à la hauteur d’un 4*

La température de la piscine intérieure. La propreté de la moquette et des assises. Le petit déjeuner était pas top et le lait le dernier jour avait un goût acide.
