Cons:

The swimming pool is not warm water
The room doesn’t have slipper inside, need to call the counter
The midnight food is too expensive and no choice, very small portion and need to cost $49
The breakfast also not good, not delicious and hasn’t many choice
Parking fee not including in the booking fee, so bad
Everything high cost, but not valuable, won’t come again and won’t recommended to anyone

We had two nights stay as part of our trip to Perth. I would highly recommend staying here .
Pros:

Public transport options, very comfortable beds and the pillows were amazing. The shower was great and there was also a bath. Loved the pool as is was heated and very nice outdoor gazebo/ lounger seating. We are from the bar menu which was very affordable and tasty. Great location by the WACCA, the Perth Mint and the river.

Residence on Langley Park is a top place to stay where you can access everything you need.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, young lady at reception was very good and helpful, and the pool was terrific to relax in. There is also great access to the open area around the nearby IGA and restaurant.

Pros:

Staff super friendly, the hotel is majestic from the inside, rooms are clean, the Swan River is a 200m walk out the back.

Cons:

It's an old hotel, and some areas have that musty smell about them. It's a great location for the river access, but about a kilometre from the central strip of town so not many good eats in walking distance.
