Pros:

Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Cons:

It’s a big hotel not a lot of atmosphere being we stayed a Friday night. Booked breakfast for next morning but was very limited choice for what paid. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

I would book again, if prices were lower. It would be better if facilities had later availability times.
Pros:

The hotel room was decent sized and clean, reception were super friendly and accomodating. The lobby area was spacious also.

Cons:

The tv didn’t have smart tv apps like Netflix etc, not much to be able to watch movies. I didn’t receive the listed bottle of wine with my booking that was mentioned, and the deposit was relatively high priced.

The bed was genuinely Comfortable, and the complex is in a great location awy from the Northbridge night life rabble but close enough to walk there in 10 minutes if one wanted to party. For a sunny morning its primo location on the river is a timeless one for any and all occasions and persons. I liked the sound of a complimentary bottle of wine when I noticed it on booking .com's booking receipt email

My Booking boasted a complimentary bottle of wine, upon check in to check out no offer or bottle of wine did I see or receive as per promoted. Not like I asked for one. Using the in room phone, I did try to call the front desk line 1 at about 830pm when I remembered the wine had been offered and the call rang out 2 times with no answer 🤔, so I tried customer services on line 2, it also rang out without anyone answer....however he Rang back unlike the front desk But in life if you say will do something then do it yeah ? Integrity is hard earned and like trust is also easily lost with one lie or even a minor misgiving of hope that is lost.. I also have a second item. Payment why did a security deposit get taken in real cash from my account I e $200 not available from 4pm Friday until now and it's status still shows processing on the 29/6/26. I offered a cash deposit the Friday a check in, and was told no it must be a card transaction however not one word of the potential of 7-10 business days for the money back ??? It's 2026 I can send money on wise in any currency anywhere in the world with a maximum processing time of 4 seconds yet I can't give a cash deposit and it's ok to take $200 of my money as a deposit for an expensive room $290 a night without breakfast not including $30 for parking and I don't get a receipt or confirmation of check out in the form of a price of paper from hotel in my hand. It's old ways but its clear coms about money always in the hospitality game its key. Unfortunately now it's most likely be aup to 1 week without offering explanations or a receipt about my security deposit or just of their slow return of money they could simply authorise in their merchant card reader rather than processing a transaction awaiting host bank to action min 3 working pklpl polldays max of 7 days not including weekends.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We particularly like the sauna and pool, making us choose this hotel multiple times and the service was amazing with Jolie being really helpful and letting us check in a bit earlier which really helped us out 😊

Pros:

Brekky was great, staff lovely. View from the room was good. Bar staff were very professional and helpful.

Cons:

A burger we ordered from the bar was undercooked
Showerhead wasn't great until maintenance fixed it. No face washer or bath mat in the bathroom and some tiles were discoloured and worn.
