Love staying at Residence on Langley
Pros:

Spacious room ,staff were helpful and I must say management contacted us when we had an issue and were very concerned about our issue. So yes, management should be applauded for contacting us and listening to our issue and obviously remedying

Cons:

Minor issue our friends from interstate did not get their room cleaned it did not bother them or us, but we felt that management should be made aware. We didn’t want anyone to be disciplined as we didn’t think it was necessary or that serious for concern

Ok place to stay- i may avoid it in the future, quite a few other places which sre better value for money around
Pros:

Great location and access to parking.

Cons:

They typically advertise a free wine bottle, which they never provide in the room, nor offer at the time of check in- this is my second time i am staying at the property and both tomes they failed to offer it, irrespective of whether one consumes it or not, if it is mentioned in the reservation, it needs to be offered.

Won't be returning
Pros:

Staff were quick to action our request of a room change due to loud neighbours which was very appreciated. Check in and out were relatively quick and easy.

Cons:

Our room was serviced after we left the do not disturb sign up which on check out was explained away by them saying the signs don't work well because they flip over and that they need new ones(?).
It is a verrrryyy old tired hotel but absolutely huge and empty so it felt quite eerie.
I didn't particularly like showering in the old flakey bathtub, I can't imagine you could have a bath in it.

Lovely stay with beautiful staff
Pros:

The property was beautiful, well located, clean and lovely.
But the staff were by far, the best part of our stay.
Such beautiful people who were so lovely and welcoming. Definitely put a smile on our faces.

Great for a short stay
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was very quiet when we stayed and if you're looking for peace and quiet it's a good choice but if you're looking for atmosphere and the buzz of a busy hotel it may not be for you.

Cons:

Rooms are clean and functional but bathrooms are well overdue for a makeover.
