White House Hotel

The room was dirty, there were coffee splashes up the wall near the kettle, stained towels, mouldy shower, rusty towel rack. There was no wifi either, the urn in the breakfast room had lime build up all over the spout and just generally had a unpleasant vibe.

1. I made a confirmed booking and paid in advance a room in the White House Hotel. Upon arrival they said they couldn't host me there and would host me in the Seymour hotel next door WHICH IS CHEAPER. They argued it was the same hotel, and would not accept to refund the difference in fares between the Seymour and White House. So I ended up paying higher fees for the same bad hotel. The staff said "well sue me or complain to Booking, I'm not going to do anything."
2. Dirty, don't look under the bed, there were wrappers and a mountain of dirt. One night they didn't even make the beds.
3. Room is absolute minute, window leading to the roofs of next buildings, and remember no lift with steep stairs.
DEFINITELLY one of the worst hotels I've stayed in London.

Paying for a hotel that I didnt actually stay in , the breakfast included was way below expectations poor choice poor quality and a dining room with a massive crack in the wall . Not aestheticly pleasing! Mainly i booked a hotel that I never got to check in to i dont even know if the hotel i booked was more expensive than what I was allocated to be honest id avoid booking this hotel or any connected to it again ! Room was clean but very outdated the adjoining bathroom was small and the toilet kept running unless you pressed the flush function , in all honesty I would avoid this hotel . Ok location very dated and again not the actual hotel I paid for !

The wash basin did not have a plug. The shower could do with a non slip surface. A bath mat for use when exiting the shower wouldn't go amiss, the same for a hook on the back of the bathroom door. The windows were wooden and sash cord opening in design, they rattled in the wind. (Bring some cardboard to tighten the fit.

Deludente la sala colazioni, troppo piccola rispetto alla capacità della struttura (fra l'altro esterna alla struttura stessa e all'interno di una adiacente struttura della stessa proprietà, dove è stato effettuato anche check in e check out). Tavoli troppo vicini li uni agli altri, quasi impossibile accedervi visto l'affollamento della sala.

Everything from the food witch was meant to be continental but they had slices of burger cheese, the mattresses had no mattresses protectors and you could see huge pee and sweat stains, they dump rubbish out side ready for collection witch seagulls and rats get into, the smells drifted into our room, the rooms are unbearably hot and when stating this to the staff nothing was done or offered.

Rooms small and had splash marks on walls bed very uncomfortable bathroom was ok shower marks around the tray hair drier didn't work really noisy doors slammed shut throughout the night
Breakfast very basic no cooked breakfast for the price
