Probably not a good choice.
Pros:

The front desk agent that checked us in was very personable. The lobby appeared clean.

Dear lord. I checked the reviews & paid in advance 2 hrs before we arrived. The room had a horrible musty odor. Horrible. Then the next morning we noticed that the shower had long black hairs all over the walls. Then I was checking the floors to make sure we hadn’t dropped anything & I found clumps of mildewy or moldy dust balls. Honestly I’m not sure the room had been vacuumed or cleaned except the linens on the bed. They were clean. Also, the side door was propped open by a rock. We were told the door didn’t work due to an electrical issue. We tried. Our key cards easily opened it so why were they telling us that??

The property was modern

Cons:

We had multiple issues with plumbing toilets not flushing.
The pool was allowed to be used by people who were not staying at the hotel ( they came in through the back gate)
When their behavior was inappropriate and reported nothing was done so our 6 kids who paid to stay there had to exit the pool.
We had to ask for towels everyday ( we didn’t want room service for bed making and etc but asked for trash and towels to be changed and it happened once in our 6 day stay)

Wont stay again!!!

Just like every hotel nothing special!

Cons:

Fitness room, thread machine didn’t work, the elliptical machine was super dirty, you have no cleaning supplies for after workouts. Small breakfast options with a tip jar at the end of the counter. You don’t give service to the rooms every day unless requested. The room toilet knob came off during my stay. The shower pan collected water and didn’t drain.

We were there for a night but we felt very welcomed.Have to have a car to reach Gainesville.A special thanks to the lobby staff that helped us with our car problems.
