Excellent location for a visit to Sydney!
Pros:

Location was excellent
Morning coffee downstairs was delicious
Staff were lovely

Cons:

When we opened the fridge to put our water bottles in it, it was so dirty, like something had exploded in there the night before but it hadn’t been cleaned. We spoke to staff the next morning and they cleaned it before we were back the next afternoon

molto comodo per arrivare in centro
colazione buona e staff molto gentile
abbastanza pulito
phon di buone dimensioni a disposizione in camera

Cons:

letto comodo ma le lenzuola erano scomode perchè non adatte al piumino e quindi si spostavano in continuazione
ho preferito rifare il letto da sola per evitare di non dormire
vista sulla strada e conseguente rumore
non si può aerare la camera perchè non ci sono finestre ma solo vetrate

Close to where I needed to be Quiet Room

Room was not ready at 02:00 pm so we were unable to check in until after 05:00 pm .. seems been busy and the staff were apologetic and helpful

Sicuramente la posizione da un valore aggiunto all’hotel
Fantastica l’addetta alle colazioni Felicia , sempre sorridente e disponibile ( inizialmente siamo rimaste deluse in quanto non ci fosse la colazione a buffet, ma la formula che propone l’hotel è davvero valida) . Comoda anche la possibilità di poter richiedere la colazione anche per l’asporto , e il ragazzo che ci ha accolto al check in che nonostante la difficoltà nel comunicare ci è stato di grande supporto

Pochissima cura nella pulizia delle stanze, a parte rifare il letto tutto il resto era molto trascurato, abbiamo dovuto chiedere in un paio di occasioni che sistemassero la stanza , ma purtroppo dopo una certa ora gli addetti alle pulizie non sono più presenti e devono intervenire gli addetti della reception che possono al massimo fornire asciugamani puliti , tazze e te caffè e zucchero da tenere in stanza e svuotare i cestini
Ho trovato un po difficile abituarmi al fatto che la finestra non si potesse aprire, tantissima luce ma niente ricircolo d’aria
