The staff were fantastic and very helpful would stay there again
There was nothing I didn't like
Customer service overall was good. I highly recommend providing a reference/ instruction booklet in room and not rely on people to scan for information.
Faulty air conditioning and phone did not work.
Great location to Darling Harbour and the city, very noisy in the room because of traffic, bed was comfortable, bathroom door was very noisy but reported, expensive for what was on offer.
small room, squeaking bathroom door that was not fixed even when reported, price too high for that type of accommodation.
Brilliant location
Staff were awesome. Fantastic location
Parking was a little hard to find.
The problem the cost of this hotel is too expensive because most of the rooms is very small ok because is got no microwave at all & also no soap at all in the shower ok also cost more to stay on weekends ok but sometimes they change the cost of hotel what ever they like ok but it’s not worth it but good thing is every thing you go shopping or eating out or something it’s only thing is worth it ok but the hotel is not ok but also cost of parking is too expensive cost a $60 a day ok
The friendly staff and cleanliness.
Very close to everything.
Great location, staff were really helpful, great having 24/7 reception and cafe counter.
Room was too hot and really stuffy, aircon did not go below 19 degrees and was blowing out at best neutral air or hot air. Pillow was too big for me so had a sore neck.
Nice, clean and warm room. Perfect location for exploring the city for a long weekend. Staff were friendly. Enjoyed our stay!
Location was excellent.
Newly painted rooms left a very strong paint smell so reception were more than happy to relocate us to another room on another floor without any fuss.
Shower was a challenge to get the hot water right.
It was modern and well located with friendly staff
The beds are too short.
Central
Close to woolys
And restaurants
Overall was good call for a 3 star
The few little things
Was parking was $60 a night and the communication for that wasn’t great.
I have a big black hair at the end of my bed all tucked in with the sheets
The tea and coffee items where empty & the pillows and bed wasn’t that comfortable..
I did bring these things up the next morning I was told they would restock and swap out my pillows but no one ever came I stayed 3 nights
Location
It's clean and staff were friendly
Rooms are very small
Great location. Good price. Modern room.
Hairs all through the bathroom and didn’t have my booking on file when I arrived.
