Seamless check in, lovely staff, amazing location. I was super pleased!
Pros:

Awesome location, super clean, lovely staff, comfy beds!

Cons:

Nothing really, my pillow was super flat the first night but I asked for a second pillow the following morning and they were happy to bring me an additional one.

A great place with a happy atmosphere
Pros:

I loved the whole look of the hotel on the inside. Let’s just say at least it was easy to find because of the outside. Staff were very happy and friendly (besides one)

Cons:

The amount I paid for the size was absolutely ridiculous. There with my 11 yo and we could barely move. There was one staff member at the cafe with a pony tail who was very rude every morning we seen her. Disappointing

Overall, basic hotel, didn’t feel hugely secure.
Pros:

Location was good. Staff were always pleasant.

Cons:

Took over 2 mins of constant running water each morning to get any hot water from the shower. Huge waste of water. Shower size very small. No security in the lift to reach floors using room key. Very small gap on side of bed to get in and out. Bed was small, unlikely to be a queen.
