Average- good location and clean enough
Pros:

The location was fine the rooms we had reminded me of American condo set up, clean with parking 🅿️ outside. The let down was mouldy bread at breakfast, ok coffee, yoghurt, pretty passed sell by date of fruit. Bread ok scrambled eggs were constituted and powdered I’d say. Ok for one night back to Eurotunnel- but perhaps an Ibis is better value .

Mouldy bread and over ripe fruit.
