Hotel sin cuidado en la limpieza
Pros:

La atención en el lobby. Había café disponible siempre.

Cons:

Limpieza de habitación fue pésima. Apenas ingresado a la habitación el primer día, se encontró que un rollo de papel higiénico nuevo estaba manchado con suciedad, parecía excremento. Ante la queja presentada, la persona de atención en el lobby procedió a su cambio quitando el referido rollo. El otro rollo de papel higiénico estaba empezado por terminarse. Tampoco hubo jabón en la ducha, tuvimos que solicitarlo en el segundo día. Las toallas están en mal estado, muy gastadas.

Pros:

After a long work day and drive through pouring rain I was greeted warmly by Jess. She explained everything about the hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast and the Otis Spunkmeyer muffins. When I checked out the staff thanked me for my stay and told me to come back again.

Cons:

No kleenex in bathroom.

Definitely not worth the price they are charging
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Pillows were way too mushy, shower head was installed for somebody 7ft tall im 5'8 and was barely able to reach to adjust... room was pretty small

Comfortable and reasonable for a one night stay

The size of the room was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful

Rápido el check in

Cons:

Que me cagaron gastos extras y me tocó llamar para hacer el reclamo y además que dejé un artículo de viaje en la nevera y lo botaron sin preguntar primero o al menos dejarlo en lost and found. Si el personal de limpieza desconoce de un producto, por lo menos que pregunte para que sirve y si debe guardarlo o botarlo.
