Le cadre en général, plusieurs endroits où l’on peut être au calme avec une vue sur la plage très agréable. Les équipements sportifs sont un plus avec des cours proposés bienvenus. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le personnel est très agréable et dévoué

Una struttura da sogno
Pros:

La struttura è adatta alla clientela più esigente. Abbiamo apprezzato la cordialità, gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale sempre sorridente e premuroso. Le camere e parti comuni sono accuratamente pulite. L'hotel offre servizi per tutte le esigenze. L'arredamento è molto curato. Nei pressi della piscina si trovano terrazze elegantemente attrezzate di lettini e poltrone da giardino da cui si gode della magnifica vista sulla spettacolare spiaggia. Per raggiungerla, è presente una comoda scalinata. Per concludere, sia le colazioni che le cene a buffet offrono ampia scelta per tutti i gusti con eccellente qualità e quantità del cibo e varietà. Il buffet alla sera ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e lo consigliamo ampiamente.

Wunderschöne Gartenanlage, perfekte Strandlage sowie ein modernes Gym und ein schöner Spa.
Pros:

Die wunderschöne Gartenanlage und die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand waren perfekt. Auch das Fitnessstudio und der Spa-Bereich haben uns sehr gut gefallen und waren modern sowie gepflegt.

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fotos vermitteln einen besseren Eindruck, als die Zimmer tatsächlich bieten. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns etwas enttäuscht, insbesondere die Auswahl an frischen und gesunden Speisen. Schade war zudem, dass die Omeletten nicht mit frischen Eiern zubereitet wurden, sondern aus Flüssigei.

God service fra personalet. Fantastisk beliggenhet en nydelig strand.

Cons:

Beach was not ideal for limited mobility guest as 125 steps down to beach level. Also, given the price, we would have expected umbrella and sunbeds provided at the beach but found out this was a separate business to be booked and paid in addition.

Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Personal freundlich und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber da es sehr sauber war hat es mich nicht so gestört. Dennoch könnte eine Renovierung nicht schaden.

"Have a good back trip! Ana"
Pros:

We are now repeat guests, and we love love love staying at the PortoBay Falesia. Are there fancier hotels in the area - sure there are - but we always feel so welcome, comfortable and relaxed at the PortoBay. We've started to become familiar with the waiters and many of the long term staff at the hotel (who have also started to recognize us - haha), and they are always so pleasant. We enjoyed the new link between the fresher Blue Ocean, giving us more options of places to eat and space to enjoy ... but in the end we were happy just to stay local to the PortoBay. We are a family of 3 (8 year old). Everything is easy. Nothing over fancy ... but the evening menus at the Basilico (PortoBay) and the new Flor de Sal (Blue Ocean) are just fantastic! Big shout out to the whole reception team; also waiter and barman Michael, housekeeping Ana, and Filipa and the whole "fitness" team ... amazing energy!

Cons:

Okay - so for the first time I felt myself feeling a little annoyed, poolside ... normally so relaxed and easy, but for some reason the PortoBay has felt the need to introduce a "lifeguard" (who just seemed so bored and disengaged with everything going on). She didn't lift a finger to help the wonderful Filipa and her (also wonderful) water aerobics team. I've seen lifeguards walking around the pool, greeting guests, taking down umbrellas in the evening, tidying up, and just staying busy while keeping an eye on things. Not a single thing! She did nothing more that direct at every young budding pool-goer that "BALLS NOT ALLOWED!" (which I must admit, is actually a good thing - last year there was more plastic than water - so good to manage that) ... but damn, just a bit of chill! Engage a bit ... on that note - check out the received from the amazing Ana before we departed ...
