Good place to stay in south Portugal
Pros:

Good place to stay in Albufeira. Hotel needs some upgrades, but overall, it was ok. Great breakfast and views. Short walk to the beach.

Cons:

Hotel is somewhat dated and need some upgrades. Would be nice to have reserved lounge chairs at the beach.

Gostei da localização, das instalações, da simpatia dos empregados e do acesso à praia.

Cons:

Nas duas noites que ficámos no hotel, verificou-se sempre, à hora do jantar, que o corredor do piso 3 tinha um cheiro muito intenso a peixe frito, muito desagradável.

If I knew how gorgeous this place was, I would have booked a longer stay.
Pros:

The buffet in the hotel was tremendous. The Basilica restaurant was dreamy. The outdoor pool was gorgeous. I didn't try the indoor pool. The beach was beyond comparison as it was gorgeous. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

We came for a friends wedding and the hotel was a perfect location, would return.
Pros:

breakfast choice was excellent. Room a bit outdated but it is just about to be refurbed so should then be very good. Pool area was lovely and the beach below fabulous.

Cons:

Should be a couple of drinking water stations around hotel and water in rooms.
