Perfect location and easy service when my pin # didn’t work to get our room key
Pros:

The location was perfect. We had off street parking available which was very handy. The complimentary drinks were perfect for the kids. The bed and pull out sofa were very comfortable.

Coastal gem - great location and great value
Pros:

Stayed in a studio plus balcony. It was very spacious, clean and comfotable with a short walk to the waterfront and restaurants .The appartment was well stocked with the basics even providing sufficient for a light breakfast. It was contactless checkin which seemed to work seamlessley. Ample parking was provided

We will not stay here again.
Pros:

During our stay, we experienced several issues that significantly impacted our comfort and overall impression of the property.
• The heating in our room was not working on the first night, leaving the room extremely cold. We barely slept due to how freezing it was.
• On the second night, Sails provided two portable heaters since the AC heat setting couldn’t be fixed. While this was appreciated and the room was finally warm, the heaters were so loud that they kept me awake most of the night.
• One of the bath towels had a noticeable stain, which was disappointing for a property rated 4.5 stars.
• The room had all tile flooring, which may be great in summer, but in winter it made the room uncomfortably cold. We had to wear shoes the entire time just to stay warm.
• The blanket from the cupboard was dusty, which triggered my daughter’s hay fever. Sails did provide a clean replacement for the second night, which we appreciated.

A recommended stay at Terrigal
Pros:

The apartment was older then where we usually would stay but was perfectly clean, spacious, the most comfortable bed and a perfect location one street back from the main esplanade so no traffic noise and only a short 5 minute walk to restaurants, The Beach house at Crown Plaza, other shops etc.
The only negative for us was people staying above our room dragging furniture across the floor which was very load.

Pros:

Location was great. TV's in both rooms was handy. Parking was good. Complementary drinks & breakfast cereals were a nice touch.

Cons:

Pillows were horrible. Half of them felt as hard as sandbags & the other half felt like they were just a pillow slip with no pillow inside. Shower head was poor & just sprayed a full pressure mist.

Pros:
