Pros:

Living and Co is marketed like your typical hotel. At least on Booking.com. It's not. Student accommodation. Is what it's most like. It's the sort of place, I'd send a good friend to if they were between houses, just to sleep. I got the most luxurious room in the place. And it still felt overly budget. Scent is its worst performer. Not dirty, but budget brand cleaning products. The place is only cleaned once a week. The deposit structure needs better marketing.

Daily room cleaning
Pros:

I liked the Location and that the place was clean.
The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

I stayed here for 12 nights. My room was only cleaned on the 10th day.
A small bin was in the room which got easily full.

Location, gym

Cons:

Took close to an hour to check in, bed was way too high for 172cm night person too high to climb on and out comfortably, maybe a small chair to aid
The mattress was uncomfortable, but the sheets, doona and pillow were excellent. The room was clean but uncomfortably hot.
The hallway was noisy. The renovations were done cheaply. Decorating was not what it was. This configuration does not suit people past teen years.
