Pros:

The room and bathroom was clean. The location is perfect. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Extremely small room with a sloped roof over the bed. No hot water, or only hot water. Either/or. No A/C but a very noisy wall fan. TV remote was so full of grime I didn't want to touch it.

Elendig lydisolering, du kunne høre alt fra værelser omkring. Toiletbræt var i stykker og på trods af, vi gjorde opmærksom på det, blev det ikke lavet. Vandet var koldt halvdelen af tiden man var i bad.

We didn't like breakfast, it's not worth to pay for it, very poor , there is no air conditioner, very very warm couldn't sleep properly - only fan but it didn't do any job to cool down the room. Rooms are extremely small , we were in tween room, shower head was broken

Su personal. Amabilidad de los recepcionistas y el personal que trabaja en el desayuno.

Ubicación en un barrio muy agradable y respetuoso.

Cons:

Lavabo muy pequeño.
Falta aire acondicionado. En estos últimos veranos en Londres ya empieza a hacer calor debido al cambio climático. Hay que renovar instalaciones en este aspecto.

Location was very good...room clean ish beds comfortable

Cons:

Light in bathroom not working..room almost in a basement with a poor view of 4 walls and dirty area.Wi fi not working.. neither any signal on our phones. When we got there bags of dirty towels left on the hallway not ideal if you have customers check in.

Cons:

Notre chambre était au sous-sol sol. Il y faisait très très chaud. Étouffant. Oui il y avait un ventilateur mais impossible de dormir avec le bruit. Et si on ouvrait les fenêtres, on entendait tous le bruit du centre ville. Le petit déjeuner était bof.

Pros:

Location was very good and the room was small but perfectly adequate, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was basic but again adequate.
Definitely fantastic value for money!

Cons:

There was no lift in this part of the hotel and there was a lot of stairs to climb.

Buena ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación junto a la estación de Paddington, con traslado en bus directo al aeropuerto. Cancelación gratuita, sin pagos por adelantado, desayuno buffet incluido. Habitación anticuada pero muy limpia.

Cons:

La habitación era pequeña y muy calurosa. La orientación era a poniente, le daba el sol toda la tarde. Sólo dispone de ventilador. Cuando llegábamos por la noche parecia un horno y no se podía ventilar porque la ventana era muy pequeña y casi no se podia abrir. El techo era bajo inclinado. Estaba en la cuarta y última planta. Los días que estuvimos habia temperatura de 29 grados. Pedimos cambio de habitación, pero no se nos dió la oportunidad. No me gustó nada pasar calor en Londres, porque ya tenemos demasiado calor en Murcia.
