Słabe śniadania. Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju. Mogłaby być też mała lodówka.

Dusch vattnet det blir fort väldigt varmt och kallt lite svårt att få det bra.

The water pressure on the fourth floor was not great, making it hard to get a shower. Bit of late night noise from other guests.

The rooms were quite small, but overall everything was good.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly in terms of customer service, cleanliness, and the overall standard of the accommodation.
When we arrived, we were given a room downstairs with no lift access. We had to carry and drag our suitcases downstairs ourselves, as no assistance was offered. The room was very small, with barely enough space to store or hang our belongings.
That same day, the receptionist we spoke to told us that the issue could be resolved by moving us to another room with lift access. The following day, we requested the room change, and once again, we had to move all our suitcases ourselves, without any assistance from the staff.
Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The floor in the room was not properly clean, and the carpet throughout the hotel was visibly dirty and poorly maintained. The breakfast was also extremely basic and did not meet the standard we expected.
To make matters worse, when we complained, we encountered another receptionist who denied that his colleague had ever offered us another room. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, he was rude and dismissive. He even refused to speak to one of my friends when she tried to address the situation with him.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, inadequate assistance, and disappointing accommodation made our stay very unpleasant. We expected a much higher standard and, unfortunately, would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Brak kołdry, tylko prześcieradło do przykrycia. Nakrywanie się kapą z łóżka która nie wiadomo jak często jest prana jest odstręczające. Monotonne śniadanie i mały wybór, brak warzyw i owoców, słabej jakości chleb tostowy i bułeczki maślane oraz kawa. Brak gniazdek do ładowania przy łóżkach.

Były problem z wystawieniem faktury,twierdzili ze nie dostali pieniedzy przekrecili moj adres, miałam żywą mysz w pokoju ale nikt tym się za bardzo nie przejął. Dobrze że kiedyś miala hodowlane myszy. ): Recepcjia pozostawia duzo do zyczenia jest nie mila najlepiej sie nie pytac. Mało pomocna.
Internet nie działa i na moją sugestię że są poblemy niegrzeczna odpowiedz że to nie prawda. Śniadanie bez warzyw i owoców.
Nikt z hotelu nie czyta opinii nie sa zainteresowani.
