Gran Hotel... y gran decepción.
Pros:

Hotel bien situado y con personal muy amable y agradable. Posibilidad de zumo de naranja natural en el desayuno, al igual que huevos o tortilla francesa recién hechos, al gusto del consumidor.

Cons:

Fuimos un grupo de amigos en pareja, en régimen de alojamiento/desayuno. Elegimos el Hotel por la buenas opiniones, pero salimos muy decepcionados del desayuno: durante nuestra estancia, el nivel del mismo no se correspondió al de otros establecimientos de la misma categoría. La fruta, poca variedad y no siempre en buen estado. Ausencia de reposición de productos consumidos por falta de existencias, según nos decían los responsables de sala. Y eso ocurrió varios días. Se podía pedir zumo de naranja natural, pero una de las mañanas no fue posible por no tener existencias, y todo ello sin llegar a última hora a desayunar. La bollería del desayuno al igual que los panes, no parecían del día, y si lo eran, no tenían la calidad exigible a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Incomprensible que en una de las cunas del jamón, no se ofrezca este producto dentro de los típicos embutidos del desayuno. Tampoco había ningún tipo de galletas.
Mención aparte merece la temperatura del local del desayuno: el aire acondicionado proporcionaba una temperatura ambiente demasiado baja, lo que obligaba a desayunar bien abrigado, si no querías resfriarte; y si a mayores coincidía con alguna puerta abierta... ya era insufrible.
La limpieza de habitaciones también es mejorable.
No sabemos si esto ha sido algo puntual, coincidiendo con nuestra estancia de 5 noches, pero siendo nuestra primera vez en este Hotel, la experiencia no resultó como habíamos imaginado.

Wonderful hotel and staff.
Pros:

The chef at breakfast was so friendly and came to our table both mornings to ask about our meal. He also made me a special omelet and tortilla de palata which I really appreciated. Great service!

Cons:

Everything was great except for the water therapy room because it was advertised as a Turkish bath which is a hot tub and that was not there

Pros:

Great friendly English speaking staff. Safe parking, great location. Superb breakfast (Carlos is excellent) large rooms, comfortable beds

Cons:

Only one rubbish bin - a small peddle bin in the bathroom. Modern smart tv but no English news channels or bbc.
