Tired looking rooms and windows with so much old paint they couldn't be opened.
Sash windows ,
the filthy rooms, poor decoration, cheap paint, very poor repairs and overall workmanship in choices on tasks such as wrong placement of mirror above dresser, dresser left damaged and not replaced or fixed, poor repairs around mirror bathroom, poor repair on tiles, filthy light switches, dirty skirtings, thick dirt on bedroom furniture, bed bases , mismatched bed frames, curtains very poorly hung, no tie backs but place to use tie backs, ceiling looking more like a zebra crossing, filthy splashes on furniture, stains on carpets, painter can't paint poor work around obstacles such as switches.
Locality to sea front
Room was small. Cobwebs and dust on everything. The bed was awful. So hard and the base was 2 together that kept moving so there was a gap to sink into. There was a runner on the bottom of the bed. When I moved it there was awful stains on the back as well as hair all over it. Was a lack of plug sockets especially on the bedside table as lamp nowhere to plug in. Pleased it was only 1 night couldn't wait to check out.xx

FILTHY room couldn't stay another day, left early on 2nd day and went home, felt really dirty touching anything in the room.

The room was ok. However couldn't look out of the window as it was too high. Very odd room.

Staff were friendly, and the hotel was next to everything we wanted
Rooms were not clean, no air conditioning. A cup has been used to hold up the window, we complained but it's still there. No clean towels they were on the floor. The sink leaked and the shower was rusty. Stains on the mattress, no house keeping at all. Dead spiders and dust near the pool area and was cold in the pool. No phone to contact reception even though it was advertised as it had one.
The hotel loby is magical it's the best I've ever seen and the room with a sea view was a suite totally amazing

Was put in a room at the back of beyond. Found several carpet beetles in the bed, bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied, dirty cups. Reported the issues and not taken seriously

The whole hotel was"Tired" and not clean.
The rooms were not part of housekeeping,beds not changed or made up.The shower was dirty and the sink was not draining .
Overall the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
