The location of the property was good, close to the town, right outside hotel was the tramway to go down to the beach.
After seeing photos on Facebook that was posted of the rooms I thought it was going to be clean and decent! However got to the room, toilet didn’t flush, windows duct taped together, the 2 single beds pushed together to make a double with a big gap in the middle! After the fire alarm went off we were all evacuated and there was not much communication of what was going on!

Love the pool was absolutely amazing had such a great time in the pool and sauna was pretty good too
The room was overall clean but a few bits where mist like dust on top of the walldrobe, rubbish behind the beside table and crums on the desk and the room could have done with hovering over again but the bed and the bathroom where spotless
Excellent Location, Nice sea view from my room. The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel was very grand with a lot of character. Room was quite big.

Location and a cracking breakfast. Also, beautiful lobby and bar is not overpriced.
For some reason, our allocated room wasn’t available so they gave us room 6, if you’re a hobbit, you’d love it. Got moved to room 123, which over looks the alley, also over the kitchen so we were woken to by the fire door slamming when the breakfast staff started. Also, water only tepid.

Parking is too expensive in all of the spaces.
The hotel and staff are always happy and friendly.we also go to the Royal it is much nicer than the Grand Hotel .
