Good value for money
Pros:

Location excellent

Cons:

There was mould on the mats in the hotel but they changed it soon as we complained and the lift was broken so we struggled with the bags and the pushchair but apart from that it was all round good to be honest.

Basic , needs update
Pros:

Was ok for a one night stay,
Had everything you would need ,basic fan, small fridge and coffee facilities.

Cons:

Room was ok but 'tired' def needed a good refresh, deep clean and modernisation,
Bathroom same, old amd worn needed a good deep clean and update, even replacing shower hose and taps. Was ok for one night.
Breakfast was basic but ok. Again little more attention to cleanliness would make a difference.

Needs further improvement
Pros:

Central position for shops and tram to beachfront. Beautiful building and it has improved from a previous stay a few years ago.

Cons:

Booked 2 rooms, 1 with a Seaview but had only a partial sea view. The other room had no soap in the bathroom and no coffee supplied. Had a drink in the bar in the evening, but a long queue at all times as only 1 person serving drinks.

Ok for a 1 night stay.
Pros:

The location to the beach.

Cons:

The male bar staff was rude to another customer in front of me and my family and was not welcoming in the slightest. Rooms are dated but get what you pay for.

Pros:

The hotel location is great and the hotel is nice.

Cons:

The only thing that let the stay down was the gentleman behind the bar. He seemed like he really didn't want to be there. I felt bad for ordering a drink!

Rude manager, didn't really care that we had a sink that wouldn't drain, no cold water, the room wasn't cleaned. That carpet in the hallways was lose and bumped to the point I tripped over it.
