Lovely hotel on the lake
Pros:

Very relaxing, the facilities are great, the staff are professional and friendly. Quiet with a super position on the lake. Restaurant is top.

Encore un superbe séjour.
Pros:

Emplacement, vue, et surtout personnel au petit soin. Encore un séjour réussi au Black Bass qui est devenu mon adresse de référence lors de mes séjours à Annecy. Un grand bravo au professionnalisme de l’équipe qui anticipe chacun des besoins des clients.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, bien que copieux, pourrait peut être varié un peu en fonction des jours. Il reste néanmoins très qualitatif.

I loved my stay . I was a lone grandma visiting family who were staying nearby & I enjoyed it.
Pros:

I'd like to thank Dorean - a waiter who exemplified personal service , courtesy and friendliness .

I really liked the terrace which ( as it was a heatwave ) provided a lovely cool place for coffee / drinks

Cons:

The problem with French hotels with a " gastronomic " restaurant is that they become very much a foodie destination. It was disappointing to be refused a table for dinner because we hadn't booked in advance.

Personnel accueillant, sympathique et serviable.
Les chambres (sur lac) sont calmes, la vue sur le lac et les montagnes est agréable.
Un accès direct depuis l'hôtel sur le lac, les pistes cyclables et la voie pour piéton.
La piscine est bien agréable. Le parking de l'hôtel (gratuit).
L'arrêt de bus situé à 2mn à pieds de l'hôtel permet de rejoindre le centre d'Annecy en 10mn.

Très très bon séjour , repas exeptionnel

Cons:

Les matelas étaient selon notre goût un peu mou. J'avais commandé un pornstar martini , il est arrivé sans aucune mousse, après avoir reclamé on m'a servi un nouveau , il n'était pas bon , et le serveur très refroidi par la suite. 17€ pour un cocktail il doit être à la hauteur ce qui n'était malheureusement pas le cas
