De klantvriendelijkheid personeel , goede ontbijt en lokatie maakte het goed.
Pros:

Lokatie. Ontbijt was echt prima.

Cons:

Badkamer vond ik niet schoon(haren in badkuip) . Kamer en badkamer en balkon slecht onderhouden. ( zag er niet schoon uit)
Gordijn viel naar beneden, geen stop in bad dus niet bruikbaar. Smoezelige indruk.

Pros:

La localisation exceptionnelle avec une vue sur le lac de Côme et les montagnes, et un cadre enchanteur, le restaurant gastronomique et le petit déjeuner face au jardin et la vue.

Cons:

Le bruit des convives du restaurant qui finit parfois très tard, avec le chaleur qui interdit de fermer les fenêtres compte tenu de l’absence de clim

Hôtel Tralala, Chambre comme ci comme ca

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Wir haben extra das grössere Zimmer gebucht um wie vom Hotel beschrieben den Strassenlärm zu verhindern. Leider befand sich das Zimmer trotzdem an der Strasse und es war laut. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, ich kann mir nicht vorstellen dass es noch kleinere Zimmer gibt, was dann jedoch den bezahlten Aufpreis in Frage stellt.

Nella media ma tutto da rivedere...

Gentilezza e cortesia del personale , buona accoglienza , posizione discreta rispetto al centro della città.

Cons:

Considerando che è stata ed è tuttora una estate anomala , caldo eccessivo e insopportabile, le stanze , oltre ad essere piccole e invivibili per 3 persone , sono estremamente calde . Troppo strette , bagno piccolissimo , quarto piano e quindi eccessivamente calde.
Capiamo che nella struttura non può essere posizionata l'aria condizionata perché non c'è spazio e non esistono permessi ma una soluzione deve essere trovata , altrimenti le stanze risultano " forni ".
Premesso che è un estate anomala ma non si può dormire a quelle temperature e il ventilatore , fornito dalla struttura, serve a ben poco...
