Overall it was a bad experience
Pros:

Nothing really, the staff was very rude

Cons:

The room we were given, the bedsheets had blood stain, my husband is allergic to certain foods and he was ill. He went to reception at around 1:00 am at night to request if he can use their microwave to heat up the food as he needed to take a medication. Staff refused the microwave access and they were so rude, they showed no empathy

It’s a lovely modern hotel with much higher standards than I expected.
Pros:

The hotel was modern, clean and in a very good location. I was really happy to stay there for few nights during the week.

Cons:

There was not much space to dry up the towels.

Overall a pleasant stay, the very friendly and helpful staff helped greatly in that regard.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, dinner service was as well even though the menu was sometimes limited. Room was modern and spacious and had a desk and two chairs, it was also fairly clean. Nice tea and coffee making facilities. Shower was very good. TV had a good selection of channels. Location is okay, it's about a 10 minute walk to town center.

Cons:

Room was quite warm during my stay and the AC, even at full blast (which also made it quite loud) was barely able to keep up even at night when the temperature was colder.

Amazing dog friendly hotel with lovely staff!
Pros:

Friendly staff, spacious rooms which was great for our dogs, comfortable beds, super bathroom with lovely smelling shampoo/hand wash/bodywash, WiFi worked great,
requested our 2 rooms as close as possible and gave us even better with joining rooms.
One of the best hotels we have been to!

Nous avions convenu de prendre nos petit déjeuner a l' hôtel, hors le prix facturé ne correspond pas aux prix communiqués sur votre site ou sur Booking, avec la barrière de la langue nous n'avons pas réussi à comprendre
Nous avons donc pris qu'une seule journée,pouvez-vous m'expliquer la différence de prix
Prix facturé pour 3 adultes et 1 enfant de 9 ans 41,97 livres, alors que sur votre site ils sont a environ 10 livres et gratuit pour les enfants...
J' ai les factures en ma possession et le mail qui confirme les prix
