Guests checking in after midnight, should go to the on-site restaurant to notify of their arrival.If you are traveling by car, the hotel recommends that you use google maps and search for "Alexis Hotel" which will direct you to the hotel. There is no maid service on Sundays or religious holidays. Guests with pets please note: Pets must be well-behaved, kept under supervision at all times, and not left unattended in the room, any damages or extra cleaning requirements may incur additional charges. When booking Half Board, please note: Beverages and appetizers are not included. Guests may select one main course from the à la carte menu (up to €20 in value), along with one dessert included. If you wish to choose a higher-priced dish, you may do so by paying the difference.

Avant tout la gentillesse du personnel. L'hôtel est simple, propre, calme et bien placé, à 25mn à pied de la Canée. Le petit déjeuner est varié, avec des spécialités grecques, des œufs, des fruits du sucré et de multiples boissons.
Le restaurant le soir, attenant à l'hôtel mais indépendant, est de très très bonne qualité.

Petit hôtel familial au calme.
Le parking est appréciable.
On peut se rendre à La Canée à pied en 30mn si on passe par le bord de mer.
Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours à nos petits soins.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien et très varié
Le restaurant est juste incroyable !!! Nous nous sommes régalés

Great value and super comfy
Pros:

It was very well kept and the maid service made the room super nice on return from the beach. Fiorde the manager was super helpful. I didn't go for the breakfast package so can't comment (I always find these shared buffets a but chaotic for early in the morning). Chania town about 10 mins away in a car, 35 mins on foot. Had a couple of meals in the onsite restuarant in the evening and was not disappointed. Also parking was ample

Great location, beautiful rooms, great manager and onsite property.
Pros:

Property was beautiful and just represented on the website. Fiorde was so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed his knowledge, humor, and helpfulness. A bonus was the wonderful onsite restaurant.

Etablissement agréable, en colline pour une belle vue, et le restaurant est exceptionel.

Le personnel est très sympathique et les patrons aussi.
Chambre correcte et une belle vue si on est à l'étage.
Le restaurant est exceptionnel, service très professionnel et une cuisine locale et superbe. Merci au chef.

Cons:

Sans pouvoir faire grand chose, la piscine est un peu petite et coinçée. Le balcon est un peu petit.

Bardzo przyjemna obsługa hotelu, dokładająca starań aby wszystko było jak należy, super widok na morze, bezpłatny parking. Pokoje były bardzo czyste.

Cons:

Śniadania serwowane w obiekcie było ok ale nie było szału, praktycznie brak świeżych warzyw, ubogo jeśli chodzi o owoce, dość ubogie menu, możliwe, że to kwestia braku sezonu ale jednak. Jacuzzi w którym powinna być ciepła woda niestety była zimna.
