Free parking is available on premises. Please contact Alexis Hotel with the estimated arrival time, since there is no 24-hour reception. Guests checking in after midnight, should go to the on-site restaurant to notify of their arrival.If you are traveling by car, the hotel recommends that you use google maps and search for "Alexis Hotel" which will direct you to the hotel. There is no maid service on Sundays or religious holidays. Guests with pets please note: Pets must be well-behaved, kept under supervision at all times, and not left unattended in the room, any damages or extra cleaning requirements may incur additional charges. When booking Half Board, please note: Beverages and appetizers are not included. Guests may select one main course from the à la carte menu (up to €20 in value), along with one dessert included. If you wish to choose a higher-priced dish, you may do so by paying the difference.

* Guests aged 13 years and above should be considered adults for room occupancy, extra beds, and related Half Board (HB) / Full Board (FB) policies.

Es wird sehr sauber geputzt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das frühstück war lecker, hat immer leicht gewechselt, aber die Auswahl war nicht riesig.
Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, besonders das Badezimmer. Wenn man duscht ist das ganze Badezimmer leider nass. Die kostenlosen Parkplätze werden auch für das restaurant verwendet. Deshalb waren die Parkplätze am Abend leider meistens fast alle weg. Für den Tresor im Hotelzimmer muss man extra bezahlen (2 Euro pro Nacht). Der Schrank im Hotelzimmer war leider sehr müffelig.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr abwechslungsreich und Maria bzw Dia waren große Klasse, es gab alle erdenklichen Eierspeisen auf Zuruf. Das Dinner war ebenfalls grosse Klasse, Nikos und die Kollegen einfach knörke. Selten soviel leckeres jeden Abend gegessen/genossen !!Die Aussicht und der allabendliche Sonnenuntergang sind sehr schön !
Hotel familiar com staff muito atencioso e simpático, a comida do hotel era excelente (tanto pequeno almoço como o jantar), o nosso quarto tinha uma vista frente para o mar e a localização era excelente, ficando mesmo no centro de várias praias que visitamos ao redor da cidade. Toda a equipa foi cinco estrelas, mas deixamos um especial elogio à Dia, que atendeu-nos na receção e no restaurante durante o pequeno almoço e que foi particularmente atenciosa com a nossa filha Joana (ela adorou o bilhete deixado no diário de viagem dela!). Voltaremos com certeza!

- No tea/coffee in the room
- Some furniture is old and inefficient
- The room service person threw away my personal card which I have put in the card holder - I wasn’t told it is forbidden. When I approached reception - they picked it up from their thrash can, saying that it will be thrown away again if I put it next time. I would expect this information to be passed in the nicer way, and rules to be more explicit.
- Gym is not much of a gym - just an exposed place in the lobby - the only machine was out of service.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear this is a family-run hotel where love and passion shine through every detail. Every member of staff was friendly, warm and genuinely welcoming. A special mention has to go to the lovely, engaging man on reception. I wish I could remember his name, but his story says everything; he used to holiday at this very hotel himself, loved it so much he moved to Crete and now works here.
That alone is the best testament to the place.
What I loved most was the chilled, peaceful atmosphere. The hotel sits in a quiet spot with stunning views of both the mountains and the sea. The sunsets were nothing short of spectacular; the kind that make you stop mid-conversation just to take them in.
The hotel is extremely well managed: spotless throughout, calm, organised, and clearly cared for. Our room had a huge, comfortable bed, great air-con and everything we needed.
And then there's the added bonus of Restaurant Theodosi, which is exceptional. Beautiful food, beautiful setting.
For me and my two grown-up kids, this was the perfect place to slow down, reconnect and enjoy some much-needed family time. Peaceful, welcoming, heartfelt.exactly what we needed.
The walk to Chania, we followed the google map to walk, which was hot and stressful down the main road. I would recommend starting this way, but take a left up the road Marinou Antipa, then past the sports hall, there is a footpath that leads to the beach, over the bridge follow this road to Chania Old Town.
Localização boa, perto da old town e tínhamos praia mesmo à frente - o nosso quarto tinha vista praia o que nos permitia ver um lindo pôr do sol.
A senhora do pequeno almoço era muito simpática.
Comida do restaurante saborosa e tinha muita variedade de pratos.
Ficamos surpreendidos quando nos foi informado que o check-out era às 10h (achamos extremamente cedo) acabando por condicionar a logística desse dia.
No jantar está apenas incluído 2 pratos que só podem ser escolhidos do menu no valor de 20€ e sobremesas, que são à escolha do chefe e que ficaram muito aquém do que esperado. Tudo o resto é pago adicionalmente.
Piscina um pouco suja e pouca manutenção.

Staff are super friendly. Breakfast was limited but what was there was great (I had bacon, sausages and some continental pastry stuff.) Wifi was okay at best. Good enough to fire off emails but if you're going to have a zoom call or stream it's not good enough. The pool was nice to have, but situated in such a spot you only get a few hours a day where it's actually in the sun. Don't expect your typical family pool holiday resort. The location was great, a stones throw from the beach with the beautiful golden beach nearby and walking distance to Chania town. It might just have been my room, but the air con was loud and didn't actually work well enough. I was pretty hot. The rooms are super clean and the staff can't do enough for you. Overall, it's a decent budget hotel if you need a base while you go out and explore.

Photo de la chambre pas du tout en phase avec la réalité, photos plutôt arrangées sur le site.. Fils électriques dans tous les sens (ça ne se voit pas trop sur la photo du coucher de soleil, mais c'est le cas) et gros chantier juste à côté, engins sur place dès 7h30 heure locale. Endroit très bruyant en dehors du chantier (musique jusqu'à 2-3h du matin). Chambre très mal insonorisée couloir/terasse et restau juste en dessous. Salle de bain très petite. Appréciation globale moyenne rapport qualité-prix.
Le restaurant attenant est un vrai plus,il est excellent. La chambre etait propre et agréable. Le personnel est a l'écoute et efficace.
Je regrette que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas inclus comme le laissai supposer la réservation.

Beautiful location with amazing views of the mountains, the sea, and stunning sunsets. The rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The food was delicious, and there were excellent gluten-free and lactose-free options available throughout our two-week stay.
In my opinion, this hotel deserves at least 4 stars for its location, cleanliness, food,and outstanding service. Highly recommended!
everything was great
Pro's - Staff, owner - all lovely; the restaurant (which you have to pay separately, cannot put on room bill) was very good - only Greek place that didn't give a "free" dessert with meal, but you did get a little glass of something red. Pool was also clean and plenty of sun.
Towels need to be purchased - current ones are like bath towels at your house, but smelled like mold - so definitely, need replacing. Room and bathroom are clean, but TIGHT. Good water pressure. No Kleenex or Conditioner, but this is a 2-star, so to be expected. Balcony lovely, but no hooks in room to hang a hat - you could put in wardrobe, but a hook or to would be nice.
Nette accommodatie met prachtig zeezicht. Prima restaurant.
