There is no maid service on Sundays or religious holidays. Guests with pets please note: Pets must be well-behaved, kept under supervision at all times, and not left unattended in the room, any damages or extra cleaning requirements may incur additional charges. When booking Half Board, please note: Beverages and appetizers are not included. Guests may select one main course from the à la carte menu (up to €20 in value), along with one dessert included. Pros:

Nous avons aimé le personnel qui est très très gentil, le cadre, le restaurant est un point fort.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est très répétitif. Peut-être proposer de la nourriture crétoise.
Pas de pression dans la douche.
Manque de place de parking : on a dû attendre à plusieurs reprises que des places se libèrent le soir.
Beaucoup de bruit dû aux travaux à côté de l'hôtel.
Pas d'isolation : on entend énormément ceux qui font du bruit dans le couloir.
La piscine est mal placée et petite, il ne faut pas s'attendre à pouvoir bronzer autour de la piscine. Il n'y a pas la place.
Prévoir une voiture de location, la mer est trop éloignée à pieds.

Un séjour reposant à profiter du soleil, de la mer et de la gastronomie crétoise.
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé sur une colline, au calme, à 5 minute de la rue principale et de ses commerces. Une plage est à 400m, mais faite l'effort de marcher les 2 km jusqu'à la magnifique plage de Yannis, ça vaut les 35 minutes de marche.
Il est également à 35 minutes de marche du vieux port vénitien de Chania.
Le petit déjeuner est bon et généreux, la piscine agréable, l'hôtel propose aussi plusieurs excursions. C'était parfait.
Le restaurant (Theodosi) est excellent.

Cons:

Partager des conseils sur les meilleurs commerces (cafés, restaurants, etc.) à proximité.

Pros:

Their strong point is the restaurant Theodosi which is one of the best in Chania. They do serve fine dining(very tasty) at reasonable prices.I strongly recommend to eat there as many times as you can. In rest, the room is good and more than 2 stars as they are actually rated(I think it is a fair 3 stars), the fit out into the bathroom very modern and up to date(with good quality cosmetic products). The breakfast is normal, basic I could say. The parking place is free of charge.

Hotel con tutto, piccola piscina idromassaggio, piccola piscina per bimbi e piscina per adulti anch'essa non grande ma ottimo plus. Colazione gradevole e staff gentile e disponibile. La posizione da un lato bella perché vista mare ma essendo su per una strada in salita scomoda se non si ha un proprio mezzo. Ed anche la strada principale su cui si arriva nulla di che per servizi e negozi. Il centro è a circa 20/25 min di macchina. Ottimo il ristorante la sera.

Piacevole esperienza
Pros:

L'ambiente è molto accogliente, il personale gentilissimo. La camera è adeguata con un bel terrazzino vista mare. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione presso il ristorante della struttura, veramente buono!

L'albergo si trova in una posizione decentrata, occorre sempre un mezzo per spostarsi

Highly recommended hotel!
Pros:

We loved the friendly staff (everyone was so nice!) as well as eating breakfast overlooking the sea. Maria from the breakfast staff was incredible helpful and always with a big smile! The hotel room was comfortable and the bathroom was updated. All was very clean and fresh. The dinners we had at the hotel’s restaurant were the best ones we had in Crete. All over a wonderful experience!

Pros:

This hotel is a hidden gem. Located right next to Chania with 10 minutes walk to the beach and one of the best local restaurants. The food was just delicious and staff was extremely friendly. The hotel also offers private parking places with car rental options, which is great for local trips.

Cons:

Very rare to say this but there was nothing to bother us during our stay

Pros:

Lovely clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We struggled getting a taxi when departing and the guy on the front desk went above and beyond to help us

Cons:

It’s a bit far from the centre of Chania. Okay if you have a car but we had to get the bus daily. A lot of the buses are also full when driving past so you have to keep waiting. The hotel is also up a very steep hill to get to the beach and main road so something to think about if you don’t have a car.
