Pros:

Check in was fast and easy.
Lovely reception staff.
Clean hotel and room.
Great breakfast.

Cons:

Bed was only a double and therefore too small for 2 adults - most hotels now offerering king beds.
No parking.

Function in the marquee over the road was loud and partied until 1.30am.

Good value for money
Pros:

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was spacious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel doesn't have a parking place, but it offers a discount in a public park nearby

Cons:

The breakfast was nice, but it lacked some essentials like cheese. Even though the park was independent to the hotel, when I asked about it, no one told me about a direct passage from the park to the hotel, which would have been nice to know about, since I had to go around the street with my luggage.

A very comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

Really nice welcome at reception and on the next day ,the same girl was so helpful at breakfast.Room was spotless and the bed was really comfortable.The bar lounge / breakfast area has a lovely wide glass open view of the river and the city. Breakfast was very good with a nice touch, heated plates.
Location wise perfect.Right in the centre for shops,eateries and transport.

Good apart from the unexpected fine!

No forward notice of the ULEZ restrictions so we incurred a £30 fine .
