Staff were very good, professional, courteous and kind. Buffet breakfast was good and replenished frequently. I loved the view from the dining area.
I really didn't like looking at the stark walls of the car park from my room. I know somebody has to b e there but I'm not glad that it had to be me.

The horrendous noise coming from the closing of the door lock mechanism. I attempted to minimise the noise by the reducing the speed of door closure system to no avail. Ear plugs may help.
Breakfast cappuccino coffee machines failed to be topped up with milk during our breakfast time on day 1.
Brown bread, yogurt, mixed berry fruit were not a available at our visit on day 2.
