closure to south common mall area was the only thing i can remember, Just an Ordinary stay.

Only the best thing is location of the Hotel.

Cons:

Room was bit small for the price we paid and the worst thing was breakfast, especially the scrambled egg was bad and no taste at all, also the pancake machine was the joke. over all the breakfast buffet arrangements was so poor as many people didn't know where to start and where to end very congested and confusing. but the staffs at the breakfast area were very helpful. other than that i never recommend to any one.

Definitely recommend!!
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, modern, and pet friendly. Our dog was welcomed with a smile and we were placed on the ground floor for easy access to the outside for her. The front staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. It had many choices of fresh food and fruits, as well as a hot meal. I will stay again next time I am in Edmonton.

Cons:

A little confusing to get to from the highway. Not the hotel fault, but it wasn't easy to navigate the road into the hotel.

Was charged a different rate for each night; other people in y party paid significantly less for same room. Asked manage

It was kept tidy and I like the open concept of the main floor.

Cons:

Property was fine. There was a terrible smell throughout the lobby area.

This was not our favourite holiday inn by far as it was subpar.
Pros:

The room was spacious and the bed was decent.

Cons:

Pillows were poor. It was noisy. Sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on. No tv in sitting area. Poor value for the money.

Pros:

Very comfortable bed and sheets.

Cons:

The room smelt musty and right below me people were smoking. So i didn't want to have my window open. The breakfast lacked organic food.
