Perfect place to rest so you can make it to the airport for an early flight! Great breakfast!
Pros:

Perfect to unwind after a vacation and prepare for upcoming flight. Great pool, helpful staff. The breakfast was above expectations! The shuttle was ready and waiting for me when I needed to leave for the airport.

Pudo ser mejor...
Pros:

Volvieron a brindar un excelente desayuno... y aunque se sumaron varios inconvenientes durante nuestra estadía (la primera noche nos asignaron una habitación cuyo aire acondicionado hacía un ruido excesivo durante toda la noche y otros problemas más)... Al día siguiente informé ambos problemas y debo reconocer que el personal realizó el cambio de habitación, donde las condiciones fueron considerablemente mejores. Ese aspecto merece ser reconocido.

Cons:

Lo que más me sorprendió fue comprobar que muchas de las características que hacían realmente especial al hotel han desaparecido. En sus inicios, las habitaciones destacaban por la extraordinaria comodidad de sus camas y, especialmente, por unas almohadas de excelente calidad que ofrecían un descanso memorable. Hoy esa diferencia prácticamente ha desaparecido.
También recuerdo que todas las habitaciones contaban con pequeños detalles que marcaban una enorme diferencia para quienes nos hemos hospedado ahí: una tina en el baño, un microondas, plancha y mesa de planchar, además de un verdadero espacio de trabajo con un escritorio amplio y una silla ergonómica muy cómoda, que era prácticamente una característica distintiva del hotel. Todo eso ya no existe. Desconozco las razones; probablemente respondan a decisiones de reducción de costos o de renovación del mobiliario. Sin embargo, como huésped habitual, la diferencia es evidente y, lamentablemente, representa una pérdida importante del valor agregado que antes ofrecía el hotel.

Cons:

Al llegar tenía la reservación duplicada y al reclamar me dijeron que el reclamo era con Booking. Ya hize el reclamo el día siguiente pero siempre me cobraron dos veces la estadía.

Pros:

Cons:

La calidad del hotel hace unos 8 años atrás que me hospedaba regularmente, era súper buena en aquel entonces.
En la actualidad la calidad bajo, el desayuno ya no es como antes.
Las instalaciones se ven antiguas, aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y ascensores viejos

Great location, amazing food
Pros:

The room in the hotel is excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Probably the best part is the food at the restaurant. My meals were very well prepared, delicious and reasonably priced.

Cons:

I had some issues with room service. I tried calling room service multiple times with no answer. I ended up ordering at the restaurant where they promptly delivered the food to my room.

Excellent Stay in Liberia for Business and Relaxation
Pros:

On a business trip to the Liberia, Guanacaste area, this was an excellent hotel. Very peaceful, away from the city, with great parking, and first-class dinner and breakfast. The rooms were beautiful and truly allowed us to rest after a long day of work. 100% recommended.
We also had the chance to explore a bit of the area and visit La Leona Waterfall hike, which was an amazing experience. Gabriel, a friendly local guide, helped us with transportation and organizing some activities during our stay. Everything was easy, comfortable, and well organized through Nomad Tours Costa Rica
