Todo estaba muy bien
Me gustó mucho la ubicación: cercano al mall Costanera y, por consiguiente, al metro Tobalaba.
El hotel es precioso, justo y necesario. El desayuno estaba delicioso y todo muy ordenado.
Lo más importante es que hubo silencio para un buen descanso, y la cama era muy cómoda.
Además, el precio es accesible.

Infelizmente houve um acidente na esquina e toda a quadra ficou sem energia por .ais de 20 horas. O hotel possuia gerador para as áreas comuns mas não para os quartos. A comunicação foi falha. Poderiam ter enviado mensagem por whatsapp informando o ocorrido. Saí do quarto à 1h30 da manhã pensando que alguma emergência estava em curso, depois disso perdi o sono. Tomei banho no escuro e tive que me virar como dava.
