Ubicación exepcional.
Pros:

A unos minutos del MUT y Costanera Center, el sector es muy tranquilo. Finalmente un hotel con Smart TV, reciente y con libertad de uso, eso nos gustó mucho. La habitación es bastante grande y cómoda. El personal 10/10.

Welcoming Hotel with Exceptional Staff
Pros:

A quiet and cute hotel in a pleasant area. Wonderfully helpful and polite staff. The cleaners really have a knack for keeping things tidy. Especially suitable for solo travellers, people travelling with any kind of special service needs, and/or families with young children.

The breakfast is delicious and the restaurant has a decent clientele. The gym is quite small but very functional. The pool area is beautiful. Special attention has been given to safety.

Cons:

The hotel is already a well-maintained entity. I would perhaps invest in firmer mattresses for the future, but that may be a matter of taste.
