Cons:

Front office staffs are very poor. Even doing the payment during check in they have holded us for about 30 mins and asking us the payment transaction reference. Only then we are asked to leave. Rooms are not upto the mark ... Breakfast menu are not satisfactory even the dishes . No value for money . Don't know why they cost too much .

Pros:

Had a really pleasant stay at Green Park. Ambience of the hotel was nice . The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. The hospitality was great, and everyone made sure we were comfortable.

Special thanks to libika from the Front Desk for her help and support. She was very polite, approachable, and always ready to assist whenever needed.

Overall, a very good experience with lovely staff and great hospitality. Would definitely recommend Green Park and look forward to visiting again.
