Pros:

Location was perfect, right next to Forum mall. Warm welcoming, nice smile and service by the doormen . The lobby was always spotless with a lovely scent.Nice and friendly staff during breakfast especially Toshimanela, Bonnie and Roshaneli (Hope I spelled their names correctly). Good food. Rooms were comfortable.

Cons:

Drilling and pounding noises from some works being carried out on one of the floors during the day and sometimes late during the night.

Asking for instant bill settlement for room service food orders. However, I didn’t agree with this policy and insisted on payment at the time of check-out.
