not worth the money, still glad we visited the city tho.
Pros:

loved the bed. loved how clean it is. also the tea and coffee packs i guess. gym is cool per my bf, food and drinks ok -solid i guess, staff in the bar very polite and nice. check in staff did save our luggage while we were waiting from 9AM-3PM sharp to check in, common courtesy but what do i know.

very frustrating tbh staff lady was very rude, our window had a handle to it , so it didnt open all the way it opened like an inch so it was like we were in a facility that locks windows idk… no idea why would you make the whole glass WC. i get the shower part like kinda spicy i guess but we could see each other go do our number 1 and 2 from the room so… very weird choice. check in not possible even if you ask politely, ask to pay more, if you get sick which my bf did ,but nobody cared so none of that. when i called over the phone days prior , i was told they would do their best, that didn’t match what was done. sauna existing, not avl i could not get in. lights are confusing, we had to figure it out alone because i did not want to deal with the staff, nor did they provide us with the emergency nor their reception numbers. i was told to basically shut up once i got rly frustrated at day 3. and the other male staff member was passive aggressive towards me. never happened to me in my entire life that someone hated me on 0 bases. i do not recommend coming here, not worth the money, and i sadly say all of this. i was thinking about leaving a review, but didn’t once we arrived home. anyway after a bit of thinking i reckon this could help other guests to not experience this and i hope the hotel does some major changes for the best. such a pity.

Reception people has very bad attitude and very un professional, they are very un friendly, never go back.
Cleaning room also bad, take very long time and everyday do not give kaffe / tea...

Lokacija je odlična, blizu metro, autobus i tramvajske stanice, nije u centru, nema gužve a odlično povezan sa gradom i turističkim atrakcijama. Blizu tržnog centra. Hotel je čist i uredan, krevet udoban, pogled na more

Doručak - 3 dana isti, slab izbor jela, ne popunjeni ovali tj. više prazni nego puni
1 dan problem sa vodom, vrela voda, bukvalno par sati ni ruke nisu mogle da se operu i to uveče
U sobi je crkao osigurač pa nisu mogla da se pogase svetla. Da bi mogli da spavamo, vadili smo karticu, pa ni klima ni tv nije mogao da radi. Nije rešen problem za vreme boravka i dobili smo samo izvinjenje zbog neugodnosti.

No privousy between room and bathroom., a clear window and see through blind!!! tea and coffee supplies were neither cleared or replaced even by request. Lunch was terrible.supposed to be buffet but empty dishes not replaced
