An attractive comfortable placewon’t stay there again.
Pros:

Big, open, food service on site.

Cons:

It has a huge lawn and entertainment area. There was a big party. Our invoice charged us a $25 “Resort” fee. A resort?? That was not advertised or included in our total costs. In addition they keep $100 as a temp security deposit. So $250 unexpectedly hit my card, even with $200 in deposits, was a shock! Booking.com needs to advise of these charges.

Family vacation
Pros:

Very nice stay in an old part of Stockton. Staff, particularly the restaurant were very friendly and helpful with local knowledge. Food was good too.

A nice experience.
Pros:

We really like this hotel. Been there 4 times. Great outdoor gathering space and nice bar. Comfortable beds, clean and simple rooms. Easy parking and good location for getting places in Stockton.

Easy convenient and great parking.
Pros:

I really liked the location and the courtyard. Everyone was easy and the bed so comfortable I woke up at 11! Luckily they have a noon check out. Great Parking is next to the arena just across the side street,

Cons:

Only disappointment was no usb port available in the room and no plug sold on property.

Pros:

Beautiful property on the waterfront. Jacuzzi was nice.

Cons:

Room was small. King size bed was lumpy & hard. No bathtub.

HORRIBLE. ONE elevator for four floors. IF you use the stairs the access to enter the floor is closed???? Nice to know that after 4 flights and your dinner. Room was extremely hot WITH the "A/C" on the entire stay. Shower did not fully close and they laid a towel IN the shower to prevent splash??? I attempted to reach out to them prior to leaving this review but no one has responded in about a week. I would NEVER stay here again. It was close to the freeway but otherwise you've been warned.

Je pense que nous ne sommes pas bien tombé ce jour là :
Mais groupe d'étudiant / de jeune qui ont fait beaucoup de bruit et le lendemain qui s'amuser à frapper aux portes. Et quand on leur a parlé ils étaient clairement drogué !
Client la veille le soir vers minuit totalement bourré avec bracelet électronique qui était mécontent car le bar venait de fermer ! Bref pas rassurant du tout !

Pros:

Central location and warm and refreshing atmosphere. I have double beds which are pretty roomy at a great cost. Stayed three wonderful nights for under $600.

A good place to stay.
Pros:

University Plaza Waterfront Hotel is a nice place and we always stay there when my family does Jiu-jitsu competitions. The rooms are clean, there's a pool, and everything's fine. Two complains are our room this time was loud whenever a nearby room had their water on, and also I wish they'd let us stay in the parking lot after we check out without having to either move to street parking or pay $20. It's always inconvenient to be trying to move the car during the morning of my kids' jiu-jitsu tournament, and we've already paid a couple hundred dollars so I don't want to pay another $20 just to stay there another hour or two, given that there's lots of room.
