Clean & Quiet -Would book again
Pros:

Clean & Quiet room. Staff were great, breakfast was good and simple.

Cons:

THe bed was a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. We had an issue with our key not working but Maintenance was helpful.

Have stayed before this time was the worst. Reserved a specific ada room several weeks in advised only to find out room was given out. Was given another room. Drain was clogged. Maintenance offered at 12am but wasn’t waiting. When asked to comp the night due to totality of circumstances I was told no. This is not how you treat guest. Went it another hotel. Will never go back. I would suggest another hotel if staying in Lubbock. Horrible staff.
