Beautiful, clean and comfortable
- The hotel's location was excellent, right near the metro station. The area was very quiet, although our room faced the street.
- The room was cozy and comfortable. The bed was nice, except it wasn’t the King-size width mentioned in the room description
- The air conditioning worked well in hot weather
- There is no power outlet in the bathroom, or anywhere else in the room that would allow you to use a hairdryer or curling iron in front of a mirror.
Location was excellent to Earls court tube station. Plenty of coffee shops and places to eat at the end of the road. Hotel was very modern and really quiet at night. Very comfortable bed and good air conditioning.
Bedroom was extremely small, bathroom had only a sliding door, not much privacy. No storage facilities apart from a small wardrobe rail. Is was ok for a few days but would be difficult for a longer stay.
The breakfast choice was amazing and really wonderful. I was amazed by the such a big selection

The room was still not ready at the time of check-in.
The room was so small that it was difficult even to find space for our suitcases.
There was no hand towel in the bathroom.
Whenever someone in the apartment next door took a shower, the noise coming from the water pipes made it impossible to sleep.
The bathroom was so tiny that when you sat on the toilet, the sink was practically in your face.
It was definitely not worth the money.

Staff were great, location was awesome with a 2 min walk to station making travel easy to all areas we needed to visit.
Lots of places to eat and drink and mini supermarkets again within 100 metres.
Easy walks to neighbouring areas.
My suggestion to anyone travelling and thinking of staying at this hotel - The standard rooms are super small making it impossible to open my large suitcase. Staff were wonderful in accommodating me in a slightly bigger room even though I was there at peak season.
It would be worth paying a little extra for larger room if you're budget allows.
