Our first night the ac didn’t work, next day they offered to change rooms and said the room would be ready soon this was at 9:30 in the morning, when we came back around 4 the room was not ready and one staff member was wery rude when i complained. They never said that they were sorry. The rooms are wery small, but clean

The hotel room had no AC that was working, the bathroom was horrible and very small with a leak through the shower which made the whole floor wet.

Would definitely not recommend to stay here for the price.

This is a London boutique hotel so the rooms are going to very small and not easily accessible. Tricky doors, stairs and a small footprint. We overhead more than one guest complaining to staff about rooms so just know what you're getting.

No air conditioning in our room

We had AC and ventilation issues for the last 3days/2nights of our stay:
First time an alarm went off in our room at around 11pm. A person came to the room, opened the ventilation system and somehow turned the alarm off. The same alarm went off at around 1:30am the same night. To “fix” the issue this time they turned off the AC. It turned off the alarm but made the room unbearably hot to sleep in. This time we were promised that we’ll get a new room in the morning, so canceled our plans for the next morning to pack and switch rooms. However, in the morning we were said that they cannot give us a different room but the AC will be fixed during the day.
We were away from the hotel for the full day (at least 8 hours). When we arrived back the AC had not been fixed, so we had to go back at the reception to get another person fix it again. Even though they did something with the AC, it did not actually fix the problem and the alarm went off again at 4am in the morning. At this point it was the second night in a row with no/very poor sleep due to issues not being handled properly by the hotel.
The staff were friendly but extremely unhelpful. They did not fix any of the issues proactively. I had to go down to the reception 4 times and stand next to the people to even get them to take a look at the problems. One of the staff members even asked “is the room really hot, so you need the AC?”. We were visiting London during the heatwave, the daily temperatures were +35 degrees, the room was indeed hot.
Even though the staff said it was AC issue, turning off the AC alone did not fix the issue. They had to turn off the ventilation alarms and sensors. This makes me believe that it could potentially be a serious health and safety issue.
I've now tried to reach the hotel for multiple weeks and they are not returning any of my emails.

Checked in and ended up checking straight back out.

The room was absolutely filthy. There looked like there was blood on the curtain next to the bed, there were scuff marks all over the walls, and we found hairs in the bed. It just didn’t feel clean at all, and there was no way we were staying in there.

We also weren’t told before we arrived that the air con wasn’t working. It was only when we checked in that we were told we’d have to just put up with it for the first night and could change rooms the next day. After seeing how dirty the room was, we didn’t want to take the chance of moving to another room that might be just as bad, so we decided to leave.

Checking out straight away meant we were left without a hotel for nearly 4 hours while we tried to find somewhere else to stay, which ended up making us rush around and put a dampener on our evening plans.

The room was tiny as well. We were meant to be staying for two nights, but honestly it would have been cramped even if it had been clean.

The lady on reception was quite blunt and came across as a bit rude, which didn’t help the situation.

I’ve attached photos so people can see what we found. Safe to say we won’t be coming back.

L’aire acondicionat no funciona a les plantes de dalt. Impossible dormir. Les habitacions són molt petites però les dutxes diminutes. Faig 1,80 i soc prim. Impossible ensabonar-se dins, cal sortir i tornar a entrar. Fa dies que no els funcionava, ho sabien però es feien els sorpresos. Finalment em van canviar a les plantes inferiors, dos dies després i quan em plantejava perdre els diners i marxar.
El wifi és inestable. Impossible treballar.
Tot es pot espatllar, però la resposta no pot ser d’incredulitat. Cal donar solucions efectives.
