BREAKFAST WAS GREAT.
TV VOLUME DID NOT WORK. HAD SERVICE GUY UP TO GET US TO CHANNELS BUT HE LEFT WITHOUT CHECKING VOLUME.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Close to shops and restaurants and cute downtown area and I-75.
The staff is the highlight. Always friendly and helpful. One that stood out was a young lady named Ella. She is an asset to Hilton .
Room was serviced every day. This is something I haven’t seen in other hotels since before COVID.
The part I didn’t care for: we had to pay $5 a day to park and when we checked in we were given the price it would be at check out and they informed us it included taxes and fees.
Not so. We were charged more at check out and it was the added parking. I would have liked to been told this in advance.
I am going to ask TripAdvisor to update their page to say “parking for fee”

There was nothing that I did not like
I recently stayed at several Hilton Garden Inns, including this one, while traveling throughout the Southeast. I found all the hotels clean, well maintained, and the staff friendly and professional. Unfortunately, all had transitioned from providing breakfast buffets to requiring sit down breakfast. Bad decision. Not having buffet breakfast available restricts guests to eating from a limited unhealthy menu and eliminates the ability for guests to have a quick meal. None of the breakfast menus included cereal, oatmeal, fruit, or egg white only dishes. Breakfast wasn’t available until 7 AM and when it commenced the server was typically overwhelmed because of the large number of people waiting to order their meals. I think Hilton management should consider bringing back buffet style breakfast.
Everything was great except we found the beds just a little hard.

Premium bedding is # 1 on my list when picking a resort, spa, or hotel. OH the beds here are perfect!
No Cons
Lobby was spotless and smelled great. The hotel itself is tucked away off the main highway but close enough to shops and restaurants.
The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Walls were paper thin and we had to call the front desk because the room next to us had loud teenagers keeping us up.
