My check-in experience was quite unpleasant. The receptionist did not assist me properly. When I arrived, she was not at the front desk and I had to look for her in order to be helped.
After that, in a rather unfriendly manner, she told me that my reservation was not showing in the system and that if I had made it through Booking there was nothing she could do. She even suggested that I had made the reservation incorrectly, despite the fact that I was clearly showing her on my phone that the dates were correct.
After asking her several times to please check again and search more carefully, my reservation finally appeared in the system.
I had already been driving for four hours, and the reason I choose good hotels is precisely to avoid situations like this. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s attitude made the experience very uncomfortable and left me with little desire to return.
I travel frequently to this area this is my "go to" hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly, I am always greeted by Jeff and Justin with a smile and a a very welcome feeling. I am very particular about where my room is located in the hotel and they are very accommodating to that. The rooms are very nice and clean, it's a nice quiet hotel in a quiet area, the food in the restaurant is good and they have a little coffe/snack shop downstairs. There is a large bar area for all who like a night cap. There is also a Chuck E Cheese next door if you need entertainment for your kiddos. I have been a customer at this hotel for several years, it is a great place to stay if you're in town looking for a hotel.

Front Desk Agent Jeff is amazing at hearing and solving my issue. His consistent can-do attitude is always welcome as I enter back into the Hotel in the afternoon

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Morgan, and the hotel is in a terrific location near the mall.
My stay at this hotel was great. All of the staff were very helpful, especially Jeff who was helping us sort out a problem and gave us dinner recommendations. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the phoenix area.
When my daughter and I arrived around 8:00 p.m., we discovered that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There were fresh towels, but the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. There was hair everywhere, dried blood, and presumably urine stains on the floor, and a dirty sink and shower. In addition, the deadbolt lock on the door was broken. We politely explained the issues to the front desk. They curtly responded that we could have two rolls of toilet paper, but there was no one on site who could deal with the remainder of the issues that evening. We were also told there were only two remaining rooms in the hotel, and we could not move to another room. Finally, the front desk told us the flat top lock was just as secure as a deadbolt; however, our hands were small enough to flip that lock from outside the door. As two women traveling alone, we did not feel secure at all during our stay, and the mess in the bathroom was repugnant. We will never stay at a Hilton property again.
Beware overpriced I stayed 3 days reservation was for a pool side room when arriving shower broke and did not work poor conditions, then moved to new room only to have leaks in ceiling and tv not working and shower in this room still broke, when this was brought up I was blew off then billed 426 for a down graded room also had chages on my room I never purchased stay away
