Mixed experience
Pros:

The bed itself was comfortable. The breakfast area was well stocked and kept to a high state of cleanliness and organization by Maria, who's a gem. The morning desk clerk was friendly and responsive to my complaint. In general, the hotel was clean and orderly.

Cons:

The night clerk was surly and unwelcoming, especially to someone who was exhausted after a long travel with delays. Worse, the AC/heat unit was inches from the bed. The temperature was set to something frigid, and the unit blasted all night long. The buttons on the panel didn't operate at all, so there was no way to turn the unit off. I don't sleep well in the cold or with an AC roar going on. In desperation, I put the bath towels on the bed for extra warmth. I only found the blanket provided for the fold-out couch the next morning. The morning desk clerk was very responsive when I reported my experience as I was checking out, and gave me a substantial credit on the price.

It was a good location Plenty of shops that you could easily walk to and restaurants also , the rooms were very clean and the staff was super nice

Disappointed. A higher expectation from the Hyatt Brand.

Friendly staff. Great location

Cons:

Bed had a moldy blanket with dark stained lumps in it. Bathroom toilet seem to have ashes in it. Or was used post cleaning.

I really wanted to go home.

Pros:

Cleanliness of concern. I think cleaners understand most people stay for one night and rooms just need a deep clean, which they aren't getting. I won't be staying here again.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! This place is disgusting! The comforters appear to be filled with MOLD/MILDEW, and when I contacted the front desk, they stated that those are just “feathers” and nothing to worry about. The carpet in the hallway smells rancid and horrible, and to put a cherry on top, we found a ROACH casually crawling on the bed where we were laying. I advise everyone NOT to come here for your visit; you will be highly disappointed.

Poor Wifi connection
Pros:

We are currently at this hotel as part of a family reunion. The rooms are a nice size but could use a bathroom upgrade. Microwaves are provided in a common area as opposed to in room.
My biggest concern is the poor wifi signal. An attempt to cash app had such poor reception that it timed out. Yes, I am utilizing the hotel wifi.
