Fair. Not happy with the housekeeping service.

Our experience with housekeeping was disappointing. On the first day, while the bed was made, the towels were not replaced. When we requested fresh towels, the staff member’s eye-rolling response felt unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome.

Unfortunately, the service did not improve on the second day. After requesting housekeeping again, fresh towels were simply left on the coffee table near the entrance of the room, and no other room servicing was performed.

Additionally, the room was not adequately stocked upon arrival, as there was no body wash available on the first day. Overall, the level of housekeeping service fell short of the standards we expected and negatively impacted our stay.

The property was nice and clean. The front desk lady was very polite.🤗

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. They need to come up with a better breakfast. The charged for one night was pretty much high. I wasn’t so happy at all about the breakfast. The only hot food they have is pancake. 😡

Superlative Customer Service
Pros:

Always exceptional customer service. Hotel is being refurbished and the rooms are clean. Complimentary breakfast helps out families on a budget. It's our go to hotel when family comes to Richmond.
