Comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel able to view the bund directly and the friendly staff are great to help with your needs .

Cons:

No proper drop off and pick up for cars

想看外灘夜景的話還是可以選這間，不會太貴。但一定要在晚上11點前看，三件套的燈才是亮的！
Pros:

地點位置很棒，看出去就是外灘三件套。

Cons:

飯店裝潢比較老舊一些，椅子坐上去會有一些聲音。
地板感覺有點小碎碎。
房間的電視升不上來，用了另外的遙控器也無法使用，等不到工程來，後來就睡覺了。
還有房間那邊的冷氣面板也壞了無法使用，所以房間沒有冷氣。

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Location was excellent. The rooms were large, extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a good selection.

Cons:

Loved that there was a guest laundry, but people were ripping out the window when I was moving my clothes from the washing machine to the dryer. A sock fell on the floor onto crushed glass. It would be better to close the laundry to guests while maintenance/repair work carried out.

Cons:

I don't want to comment. The reception and the staff were disgusting. ESPECIALLY THE TWO RECEPTIONISTS AT CHECK-IN. I think they were racist.
I don't recommend it.

位置很好，房間窗戶可以看到東方明珠。 步行15分鐘可以到豫園商圈，晚上一看窗外就是外灘夜景

Not sure how the rhus hotel can be rated 5 starts. Service level was bad including front desk, restaurant, room cleaning, even even one of the towels was dirty.

Comfortable city break stay

Very clean and comfortable room and they found a room to check us in from 11am which was very much appreciated after a long night flight
