La habitación muy cómoda. El personal de la recepción muy amable.
La ubicación maravillosa para ir a pie a la celebración del 4 de Julio, y al área del City Place, y otros sitios muy agradables.
El desayuno variado y bueno, pero quizá por ser un fin de semana especialmente concurrido, no había donde sentarse a desayunar cómodamente. El suministro de cubiertos, tazas, café y otras cosas, insuficiente, demorado y enredado.
Se oían los ruidos de los carros de la calle y la maquina de sacar hielo en la noche. .nos quedó cerca de la habitación.
Las habitaciones están bien cómodas y limpias
En el desayuno se acaban las cosas rápido y se demoran en llenar , pues ponen poco para la cantidad de personas , además hay muy pocas mesas para desayunar , tienes que coger la comida y sentarte por donde puedas. Es lo único malo que veo del hotel
The room was cozy and clean!
It was a very nice hotel, very pleasant staff. Room was lovely.
Struggled to find anything in the walkable area around the hotel, so gave up in 40 degree heat and went back to hotel and had bar snacks for a meal. Probably normal for Americans, we found it a bit weird.
I like space and location
My checking time was at 12 pm and got there at 1pm I had to pay for early check in and then I had to check out early bc of family emergency I felt like it was not fair for me to charge for extra money for checking after 1 when original check in time was at 12pm
Breakfast was excellent And their workers are very good.
The room wasn't very spacious and the bathroom was very awkward; the door seemed like it would touch the toilet and to close it I had to squeeze into the small space between the toilet and the shower The parking was a bit expensive, not because of the price but because of the lack of space; it was impossible to find an available space, you had to wait for someone to move to park.

The best hotel stay I have ever had. The staff or amazing including housekeeping. And the hotel was still comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay at a Hyatt place again

Location is great, the facilities are also very good. Safe quiet area to stay in WPB.
I did not find the staff well trained or the cleaning/hospitality staff (breakfast) very lax in meeting flatware needs and maintaining a clean area. When I asked for more flatware to be put out, the concierge handed me plastic ware. Really?
I loved
I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. At approximately 4:00 a.m., a guest on my floor began screaming, yelling throughout the hallway, repeatedly slamming her door, and creating a major disturbance that affected everyone on the floor. During this incident, she directed a racial slur toward me, calling me the N-word with a hard "R." As an African American guest, this was not only offensive but completely unacceptable. The disturbance continued for well over an hour, lasting until after 5:30 a.m. Police were called to the hotel, yet the situation remained unresolved for a significant amount of time. When I left the hotel around 8:00 a.m., the guest was still occupying the room despite the disruption she had caused to numerous paying guests. When I returned after 6:00 p.m., the room door had been completely destroyed, which appeared to indicate that authorities or hotel staff ultimately had to force entry to remove her. By that point, the damage and disruption had already occurred.
What is most frustrating is that an entire floor of guests lost sleep and experienced an unsafe, hostile environment, while the individual responsible remained in the room for hours. I understand that hotels cannot control every guest's behavior, but I do expect prompt action when a situation involves harassment, racial slurs, excessive noise, police intervention, and a clear threat to the comfort and safety of other guests. This experience left me feeling disturbed, exhausted, and very dissatisfied with my stay. I hope management reviews its procedures for handling severe guest disturbances so that other guests do not have to endure a similar experience.
