10/10 loved it
Pros:

I was actually there to recover after heart surgery at the Victoria Heart Hospital.
It was ideal and the perfect location.
My first night had an unpleasant smell from below the kitchen sink but thanks to the wonderful receptionist she upgraded my room.

Cons:

Already said what happened. I’m not gonna comment anymore on the issue as it was dealt with straight away. And credit to the receptionist

The reception staff are always friendly when I arrive. I enjoy staying here.
Pros:

I love this Quest as it is close to my son and to my specialist. It is always clean and quiet. Easy access to carpark and just up the road from fantastic eateries.

Cons:

I would like to not have my carpark near a pylon which I will ask at next booking if this could be arranged.

Very pleased with my stays
Pros:

Good location, spacious apartment good for families. Lovely balcony space to have meals outside. Adequate amenities eg washer, dryer, kitchen

Cons:

Insufficient advertising info up front about only one bathroom and one toilet for two bedroom apartment. The building has different layouts so some will have two bathrooms but some will only have one.
