Man muss das Kleingedruckte bei der Buchungsbestätigung genau lesen: es wird beim Einchecken zusätzlich eine Kaution von 150€ verlangt, die nach eigenen Angaben innerhalb von 7 (!) Tagen zurückgezahlt wird. Man hat keine unmittelbare Kontrolle darüber, ob dies passiert oder nicht.

Pros:

Good locality, very close to the U-bahn and other public transport, very nice and clean neighbourhood.
Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and nice. Bathrooms are very clean and the red glass gives them sexy and playfull feeling.
The personal are very nice, openminded and helpfull people (i'd love to say thanks to Santiago, he was very helpfull in every way i needed).

Stylish, clean property at a fantastic location. The best thing about this Hotel was the staff. They are warm, welcoming
Pros:

The property is well located and well maintained. It has a modern sleek style.

Cons:

The only drawback was that the recreational area was under renovations.. But I am positive that it will only improve the overall rating for this property

My place in Berlin
Pros:

Perfect location , comfortable and clean room .All staff is very friendly ( I don’t remember all names but Carlos in front desk or Ana housekeeper were excepcional) . The gym is small but functional.

Would stay again
Pros:

Room itself was great.
Facilities were being renovated when we were there so was unable to use. Due to this, there wasn’t really a “vibe” at the hotel as it was harder to meet people.

Nothing bad with the hotel or service
