It's ok.
Pros:

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The housekeeping also really friendly. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Location wise it's a 5 minute walk to the train and underground station. It's right on the doorstep of the gay district.

Cons:

The room layout has not been thought out very well at all. It's clearly been designed by someone that's never stopped in it. Nowhere to hand towels when you get out of the shower. The lighting in the bathroom area is dreadful, the headboard is just very odd with the way the reading lights are stuck on top. But the biggest thing is the price of the snacks in the mini bar. 5€ for a small bag of chips. Would I stop here again as a gay traveller? Probably not no.

Sehr sehr nettes Personal, super freundlich, professionell und herzlich ! (Grüße an Kevin und Kollegen). Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit, alles war sehr entspannt ! Wir hatten spontan ein Junior Suite Upgrade und konnten ganz entspannt einen späteren Check-out vereinbaren. Wir hatten ein super Zimmer mit toller Fensterfront.

Pros:

O quarto é amplo, limpo e confortável. Os recepcionistas são amigáveis e prestativos. A localização é excelente, próxima ao metrô, além de bares, restaurantes e diversas lojas.

Cons:

O isolamento acústico poderia ser melhor, pois é possível ouvir ruídos vindos do quarto ao lado. Também seria importante aumentar a iluminação do banheiro e do lavabo, especialmente para atividades que exigem mais visibilidade, como tomar banho e fazer a barba.

Infelizmente a área da piscina estava em reforma, mas é um bom hotel, super bem localizado, consegui fazer muitas coisas
