Pros:

As a gay traveler to Berlin you can't beat the hotel's location. A few minutes walk from the U2 train in one direction and surrounded by pubs, clubs and shops.
The staff as always were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The spa and wellness center were closed and it was only by reading the small print on the hotel's website that I found out in advance of my trip. Not an essential but it would have been nice to access to it.
It is due to reopen around August/September time

Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider hatte das Zimmer nicht die Ausstattung, mit der bei Booking dafür beworben wurde. Es gab weder Holz-/Parkettboden (sondern abgenutzte Teppichfliesen, die teilweise an den Ecken hochstanden) und auch keine Patio/Veranda, was für mich der Grund war, diese Zimmerkategorie überhaupt zu wählen.

Pros:

The staff were super friendly and couldn't have done more for you. Lots of choice at breakfast and you could order as much as you wanted.

Cons:

The only thing that disappointed me was that the spa was closed for refurbishment but to be fair it is good that they are making improvements.

Den Preis in keinem Fall wert!

Die Nähe zum Nollendorfviertel war von Vorteil. Alle Lokale waren fussläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Ich frage mich noch immer was die rund 200 Euro Nächtigungspreis rechtfertigt. Die Zimmer waren nicht sehr berauschend, zwei Laden und eine Kleiderstange fürs Gewand. Das integrierte Badezimmer ist zwar nett aber nicht barrierefrei. Das Duschen in der Badewanne erforderte schon eine gewisse Beweglichkeit, was bei mir noch geht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auf zwei Tischen hergerichtet. Eine Sorte Wurst und Käse musste den Anspüchen genügen. Da habe ich mir deutlich mehr erwartet bei dem Zimmerpreis. Wohl konnte man noch a la carte kostenfrei dazu bestellen, aber es war schon eigenwillig dieses „Buffet“. Jedenfalls geht in diesem Hotel das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gewaltig auseinander. Dass der Wellnesbereich seit meiner Buchung im Februar „wegen kleinerer Reparaturen“ gesperrt ist, war nur noch das Tüpfelchen auf das enttäuschende „i“. Ich werde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Fijn hotel voor een city trip, zeker als je LHBTIQ+ bent!
Pros:

Het personeel was fantastisch. Uiterst vriendelijk en deden hun uiterste best om ons verblijf zo leuk als mogelijk te maken. Ze hadden ook veel kennis over de buurt en de diverse gelegenheden die er in de buurt te vinden zijn. De kamer was comfortabel met een fijne badkamer en luxe douche. De medewerkers van housekeeping zorgden er iedere dag voor dat de kamer er vlekkeloos uitzag.
De locatie is perfect, vlakbij een metrostation en diverse buslijnen waardoor verplaatsen door Berlijn heel makkelijk was. In de directe omgeving van het hotel waren diverse restaurants en (gay)?café’s te vinden waar toeristen en de lokale bewoners een goede mix hadden met elkaar. Met name voor LHBTIQ+ reizigers is dit hotel zeker aan te raden!

Cons:

Als er echt iets genoemd moet worden, was het dat de spa werd verbouwd. Maar dit was van te voren gecommuniceerd dus telt eigenlijk niet als minpunt.

A fun and comfortable stay in a great Berlin location with friendly staff and excellent atmosphere.
Pros:

Great location in Schöneberg with easy access to transport, restaurants and nightlife. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel had a fun atmosphere and was a great base for exploring Berlin.

Cons:

The spa facilities were unavailable during our stay due to maintenance, which was a little disappointing as it was one of the features we were looking forward to using.
