Pros:

The room was nice. There was a spacious feeling. The shower was the best. The floor incline was sufficient and the water flowed down towards the drain. The door of the shower was tightly seamed and the shower water didn't leak outside into the bedroom at all. Basically, it was enjoyable to go into shower without any worries. The air conditioning was active and it kept the vapours of the shower room from steaming the surfaces of the rest of the hotel room.
I loved the à la carte egg plus sides option on the breakfast menu.
The reception staff was super friendly - all - thank you! I felt good every time I walked by. At check out Santiago graciously went through the specifics of the refunding procedure of the deposit that was put on the credit card upon check in. Clear and fair service. Thank you!

Cons:

The standard volume level of music on breakfast was a bit too loud. It was toned down when asked, thank you. The gym was a bit cramped. Not enough space for more than two people at maximum and not enough equipment.

Cons:

Rooms are starting to show their age and wear and could benefit from some general maintenance and sprucing up. Shower/Tub tends to get a lot of water on the floor so one needs to be careful to avoid slip and fall. Standard rooms are small and compact.

Unfortunately the rooftop is not open and won’t be until August. This info you got after you have confirmed the booking already , so it was a bummer, not to be able to sit outside in the sun.
