Гарний сучасний готель з панорамним видом на місто
Pros:

Тихі номери з сучасним ремонтом, зручним ліжком та гарною ванною кімнатою. Прекрасний панорамний вид на місто, смішно наблюдати за чайками-хохотунʼями.
Сніданки смачні та різноманітні.
Не дивлячись на проведення ремонту, працівники вели себе майже безшумно, взагалі не заважали.
До старого міста пару хвилин пішки.
Є своя приватна парковка.
Рекомендую!

Position, private parking right in front of hotel free of charge, very helpful personel speaking great English

Cons:

The hotel is undergoing some works, so is a bit dusty. The breakfast system in quite unusual since you collect breakast items in one room and eat in the other one. Personally I didn't like the fact there is no real door in the bathroom but a glass sliding doors. When you don't travel with family it could be uncomfortable. But that is my view.

עזבנו אחרי לילה אחד למרות שבמקור הזמנו 2 לילות.
Pros:

מיקום בסדר, צוות נחמד. המלון בשיפוצים וזה לא הוזכר בשום שלב של ההזמנה. אין לובי, אין בר ואין חדר כושר בעקבות השיפוצים למרות שבתמונות ובתיאור המלון זה מופיע ושולם עבור חדר רגיל של מלון 4 *.
החדר עצמו בסדר ומיטה נוחה אבל דלת אש הוסרה והושענה על הקיר במסדרון בעקבות השיפוצים.

Cons:

בחדר האוכל בארוחת בוקר לא היה קפוצינו או קפה לאטה. רק אספרסו ממכונת קפה ישנה. בחדר אוכל רק שולחנות ארוכים וכנראה בעקבות השיפוץ היו בחדר האוכל חוטי חשמל גלויים.
גם מה שהוגש בחדר האוכל כנראה הזמני היה נראה לא טוב.
לא היתה אפשרות להזמין אוכל או נישנושים בבר כי לא היה לובי. נאלצנו לצאת מהמלון למרות ערב גשום בחוץ.
לא הייתה אפשרות להליכון בבוקר כי אין חדר כושר בגלל השיפוץ.
עדין לא קיבלנו זיכוי בגין היום שבו לא ישנו בסוף במלון למרות שהצוות ביציאה מהמלון הבטיח שנוכל לקבל את זה.
הם אמרו שזה תלוי בבוקינג.

Mulțumitor dar data viitoare o să căutăm alt hotel.

Aproape de centru

Cons:

Nu am fost anunțați că hotelul este în renovare.
La micul dejun, în ultima zi, nu prea era mîncare pe motiv că sînt puțini turiști. De abia după ce mi-am exprimat nemulțumirea, mi s-a spus ca pot comanda ochiuri sau omletă dar doar atît. În rest un singur fel de brînză și unul de mezel.
Nu mi-a plăcut că la final prețul a fost altul decît pe booking pe motiv că la ei prețurile sînt în euro la cursul stabilit de ei.

Cons:

Hotelul este în plin proces de renovare. Recepția și holurile sunt un adevărat șantier, cu praf și zgomot, ceea ce afectează semnificativ experiența. Principalul motiv pentru care am ales acest hotel a fost restaurantul de la ultimul etaj, însă acesta era închis, iar micul dejun era servit într-o fostă sală de conferințe.

Este dezamăgitor că lucrările de renovare se desfășoară în timp ce hotelul funcționează, fără ca acest lucru să fie menționat clar înainte de rezervare. Dacă această situație ar fi fost comunicată în mod transparent, iar tarifele ar fi reflectat disconfortul creat, experiența ar fi fost mai ușor de acceptat. Din păcate, am rămas cu impresia că interesul financiar a fost pus înaintea confortului oaspeților.
