Din păcate, experiența noastră la Golden Tulip a fost una extrem de dezamăgitoare și complet sub nivelul așteptărilor pentru un hotel care percepe aproape 200€ pe noapte.
În primul rând, hotelul nu dispune de parcare privată și securizată, iar acest aspect nu este menționat nicăieri într-un mod clar. Practic, fiecare client trebuie să își caute loc de parcare pe stradă, unde apucă și cum poate. Pentru un hotel din această categorie, consider acest lucru absolut inacceptabil.
Mai mult decât atât, hotelul era efectiv un „șantier în lucru”, cu lucrări în desfășurare și un disconfort total pentru oaspeți. Era extrem de neplăcut să mergi printre lucrări, zgomot și atmosferă de renovare, în timp ce hotelul funcționa normal și încasa tarife premium. Aș fi apreciat enorm dacă am fi fost informați dinainte printr-un simplu mesaj, atât despre faptul că hotelul se află în renovare, cât și despre lipsa unei parcări private și supravegheate. Consider că este o chestiune minimă de respect față de clienți.
Și culmea culmilor: după tot acest disconfort, nici măcar o sticlă de apă nu exista în cameră. Am ajuns să bem apă de la robinet într-un hotel care cere aproape 200€ pe noapte. Mi se pare absolut incredibil ceea ce am trăit.
Singurul aspect pozitiv al sejurului a fost camera, care era extrem de amplă și foarte frumoasă, precum și calitatea cearșafurilor, care într-adevăr s-a ridicat la nivelul unui hotel premium. Din păcate însă, baia era complet nerenovată și părea ruptă dintr-o altă epocă față de restul camerei. Mai grav decât atât, dușul nu funcționa corect: butonul care făcea transferul de la robinet la duș nu rămânea fixat, astfel că a trebuit efectiv să ne ajutăm reciproc pentru a putea face duș, unul dintre noi fiind nevoit să țină permanent ridicat acel buton. Este absolut absurd să întâlnești asemenea probleme într-un hotel din această categorie și la acest preț.

非常不满意，完全不是4星酒店标准
Pros:

通道就是工地、到处都是建筑粉尘，空调非常吵，隔壁房间的空调声都能听的清清楚楚！房间比较大。早餐丰富！离开前想打杯热水，服务人员态度非常差，明明机器在那里通着电，就不让打热水！态度非常差，有这样的员工整个酒店的服务质量都会被拉低👎

מלון בשיפוצים לא הודיעו לנו גרנו בחדר כמעט ללא ריהוט ביקשנו כיסא לפחות המסדרון מלא אבק וללא תאורה כבליי חשמל השתלשלו מהתקרה הקירות היו פתוחים ריח של צבע וטיח שטיחים לא נקיים לא היו שמיכות חסרו מגבות המקלחון היה בלוי ומיים זרמו ממנו והציפו את כל חדר האמבטיה בענק הכל צף היה מזויע .לא היה קומקום לא מכונת קפה לא כוסות המקרר לא עבד היתה חוויה נוראה ברחנו משם כל עוד נפשנו
