Hampton Inn should do better!
Pros:

We chose this hotel as it was convenient to family. Unfortunately it was very tired & run down. The shower doer was literally falling off & there were patches of wallpaper ripped off. There was some snow that came while we were staying there & there was no effort to plow parking lot or even shovel under the portico. As we have been Diamond Hilton Honors for a number of years, we typically enjoy a Hampton Inn, but this was not an enjoyable experience.

Our bed was hard, climate in room was either too warm or to cold. Pool facilities were closed.

No Hot Water in the Shower; Facilities a Little Run Down.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The check-in staff were friendly and courteous.

Cons:

We had no hot water in the shower on the first day of our stay. Not a great way to start off the day. Our window shade didn't open, and it was spattered with brown spots. In all, the property is a little run down and needs a refresh. If looking in the area, I'd check out one of the other similar properties instead.
