Not very happy
Cons:

I needed to get into my room at noon to get myself ready for my wedding, and I was told that I couldn’t, very disappointed, I had to get ready at the venue, and everyone saw me before I wanted to be seen. When I booked the room, O let her know I was a senior and I should get a discount she said hold on, when she came back she told me they didn’t have any available, but she had a room for me before, I let her know that I was a senior, that’s false advertisement. I only chose to stay there because it was right down the road from where I needed to be, we got back to the room at 1:00 AM we were exhausted when I took a shower there was a cockroach, I had to yell for my husband. Very disappointing, back in 2021 I lived in Virginia and when I came to visit family I’d stay there, it was amazing back then.

The one thing I didn't like was the staff smoking right in the main entrance. Guests coming out or going in walked through smoke. Very unpleasant and disrespectful.

Terrible Hotel, Terrible Experience
Pros:

Two things I cannot ignore. I recently came out of surgery and brought my own toiletries including extra soft toilet paper. I gave specific instructions to not clean or enter my room. They did anyway and TOOK MY EXTRA SOFT TOILET PAPER! I tried many times to speak to the manager they always had an excuse.

The shower had black mold in it

No pool!

The location is great.

Cons:

We specifically booked this hotel for the pool. When we arrived, there was a piece of paper on the check-in desk stating it was closed. I asked if it was just for the day, hoping we could use it the next morning. I was told it has been closed since December. There was no disclosure of this when I booked my reservation. When a guest books your hotel for a major amenity, there should be transparency if this amenity is not available.
