he location was convenient, and I originally expected to have a comfortable stay because my reservation was already paid in full. Unfortunately, the problems that occurred during my stay overshadowed anything positive.
The stay was extremely upsetting. We first had problems with the room, including a toilet that did not work, and we had to be moved to another room. I also fell and was hurt in the hotel room. I was accused of smoking marijuana inside the room even though I explained that I had smoked outside in my car, and I allowed staff to inspect the room. The situation with the staff became hostile and made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.
I was eventually made to leave the hotel on a Saturday without another place to stay. My husband and I had no choice but to drive all the way back to Florida that same day, even though I was already hurting from my fall.
Very, very friendly staff, no issues with over crowded parking area and breakfast offered a variety of options.
The room we were originally assigned had a musty smell and carpet was damp. After talking with staff, they informed us that the carpets were cleaned and must not have dried completely. We were given another room that was in better condition. Staff state that new management had taken over and improvements were being made to the facility, which were noticed during our stay. My husband attempted to use the workout room and equipment, specifically the treadmill, did not allow for him to run.
Breakfast was clean and well stocked
The woman at check-in was very rude. Very short and not helpful. The place was dirty and disheveled. Our lock on our door was completely broken off, the pool was disgusting and nothing worked in the room. I would not stay here again.

Smells like bleach as soon you entered those double door on the lobby, I was having a reaction to it before I left I started coughing right before I left, the smell is very heavy and I don’t understand how front desk people don’t make it better it can be very todo for themselves as well since they are there for so many hours!
I liked how close it was to my next destination
I didn’t like how sticky my floor was and the lock was broken
The location is Great, right off the interstate and close to my family. Everything that you need is in close vicinity.
