Location was great, Brilliant if you’re a golfer.
Close to the sea/beach.
Nice spacious room.
Handy to do self check in but have the option to see reception too.
Reasonable prices in the bar, was good to see it busy. Fab terrace to sit out on.
Thanks for your understanding when nearly had to cancel the stay.
The bed for me was a little too hard but still managed to sleep.
The bar man had obviously had a long hot shift he wasn’t the most welcoming.
Breakfast was disappointing, no side plates out for the toast, food out on the hot counter too long.
Lovely quiet hotel and great location .... plenty of parking.
Lovely breakfast
Everything, the location was perfect far enough outside the centre so it was quiet but only 15, 20 mins walk to the pier & shops.
Nothing
Great staff. Good location. Great golf
Great location right by the beach lovely hotel have been coming for years
Nothing
From the moment we walked through the doors the staff were amazing. Breakfast was great too
The location of hotel ,breakfast was really nice, a variety of food and the cooked breakfast even on a heated trolley was actually hot
Having to wait at reception as most of the time was unmanned.
The bar staff were more interested in serving members than guests and had to wait, food was advertised as being served till 9.15pm only to be told ast 8.10pm kitchen had closed
The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was lovely. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed during a heatwave and a fan was provided to the room. Which was lovely for the night we stayed. Can't compliment the hotel enough. We are already planning our next trip here. We parked up and walked everywhere it was lovely.
Locality to beach
This hotel is in a great location to visit both Skegness and Ingoldmells easily
I have stayed here a few times, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.
