Grande disponibilità
Pros:

Posizione e soprattutto la disponibilità e la gentilezza dello staff. Devo ringraziare in particolare Irini , con la quale ho avuto maggiori occasioni di interfacciarmi. Simpatica ed estremamente disponibile. Ottima e molto ricca la colazione.

Il box doccia. Minuscolo, non ci si muoveva dentro.

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που ήρθαμε και θα έρθουμε σίγουρα ξανά...το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό από την υποδοχή μέχρι και το σερβίρισμα στο πρωινό...η κυρία Αμαλία πολύ γλυκός άνθρωπος...η τοποθεσία τέλεια γιατί είναι όλα κοντά σου... εμείς αφήσαμε τη μηχανή στο ξενοδοχείο και πήγαμε παντού με τα πόδια στο κέντρο...το πρωινό υπέρ χορταστικό... πεντακάθαρα όλα...❤️❤️❤️

Είχαμε ένα μικρό πρόβλημα με το ρεύμα στο δωμάτιο αλλά ο Γιώργος από την υποδοχή φώναξε τον τεχνικό και μέσα σε λίγη ώρα είχαμε ρεύμα... συμβαίνουν και αυτά... αλλά το πρόβλημα λύθηκε άμεσα ❤️

Good choice for Rethymno
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotels location is very good. Special thanks to Eirini (i hope i remember her name correctly :) )

Cons:

It would be much better if the furniture in the rooms could be replaced with better quality.

Una buona soluzione
Pros:

Colazione molto abbondante; posizione a ridosso del centro città; specchio e piano di appoggio del bagno ampi.

Cons:

Odore sgradevole in bagno e arredi vetusti; pulizia migliorabile.
