There's nothing to like about this place. The front desk staff is clueless just like their manager. They did not refund me my money even after they had their booking.com profile online even after they were fully booked.

The staff isn’t that nice and very unprofessional, have zero sense of urgency and they are so unbothered
Pros:

I liked the location, very quite and safe
Me and my partner found our room clean all the time

Cons:

The fact that in a room there’s no bar fridge I was really not happy about that
The iron issue was really upsetting that I had to go to the floor upstairs to iron
This morning before I checked out there was no iron on the 2nd floor so I had to walk for too long just to go and get my clothes ironed , I was very unhappy about that because I dislike inconvenience in a hotel
