Cons:

Bathroom facilities were difficult to operate. My wife complained that the water was not hot.
The floors outside our room was not clean neither were the stairs.
Breakfast was budget quality at best

Booking Check-in Confirmation Not Valid
Pros:

Friendly staff, very helpful, and willing to answer any questions. They had great recommendations for dinner ideas.

Cons:

We had a 3pm confirmed reservation conformed by Booking App (their typical check-in is at 4pm). Unfortunately, we were not able to get right away as no rooms were available at that time. Staff reported they didn't do an early check-ins. We had to wait another 30 minutes afterwards to accommodate us.
